Well to be realistic a real life situation would have a LOT of swat teams patrolling the area around the warehouse so even if he made it out he would still be caught
Here's the issue, he knew that they were going to raid him, and SWAT relies on surprise.
Not realistic whatsoever. SWAT teams ussually consist of more members and they would keep the caterers on the ground.

Isn't it suppose to be about him getting out of hard situations by being smart and planning it a lot? If he wants to escape a swat team, it should be a proper swat team. I personnaly would find that a lot more enjoyable.
They also wouldn't stay and watch the video, *especially* not calling all members to that location.
They'd also go and smash everything in sight.
And the criminal usually doesn't have this much time to plan. The SWAT team usually shows up when you least expect it.
