Zaiton who knows? Maybe the sniper just wasn't paying that close of attention. I mean in the "real sniper world" he would have been able to identify his target with 100% certainty
Zaiton (whoops I accidentally added before I was done.) before he took his shot. Like if a target had a twin brother, he probably wouldn't shoot without knowing if that really was his target. He would also have Intel as to location, clothes the target may be wearing, who the target may be with. You cover up the targets identity and add others wearing the same thing it wouldn't be realistic for him to shoot
