yes i did and it's amazing small correction it's not just those three because shaman can do it and it's fucking shit i think it's how revenge should work for everyone all the time, always get the super armor no matter what you do with one exception which would be unlocking because then you would just run away every time you get it
@@mastrukko yes this perk exists and so what? i just said it should not be part of the basekit of revenge which i said more as a pre-shot to people saying "you would be able to run away every time with super armor always active" than anything else
I think it shouldn’t exist constantly from neutral. Then you can just gb anyone attacking period and land 70+ punishes for trying to play the game. I feel like you should have it in your recoveries of non whiffed attacks. That way they can’t gb you for throwing a attack in revenge, but you can’t mash either.
Highlander Offensive Form, Conqueror charging heavy, Valkyrie shield tackle stance, Shaman wildcat/predator stance, Orochi storm rush stance, and Shaolin qi stance all get the superarmor applied to attacks while in revenge (not listed on the infohub). This makes these stances invulnerable to gb’s and interrupts from all bashes (including power grabs like caber toss/longarm) while in revenge This superarmor stance “tech” is useful for safely stalling when not confident in your ability to make good use of revenge to deal damage (like when near a ledge). Additionally, highlander and conqeror stand to prolong the benefits of revenge via vengeful barrier+damage reduction feats/perks (also allowing them to tank more damage with superarmor). Conqueror fast flow to gb from the charging heavy synergizes well with his double heavy revenge throw punish, and highlander’s “champions aura” tier 4 allows him to heal himself and allies during ganks/teamfights, making him nearly invulnerable when he enters revenge at low health with last stand active. Alternatively, Shaman and Valkyrie can (in very fringe cases) make effective use of the rarely seen hyperarmor on sprint granted by the supersonic perk when paired with the extra speed from rush. This gives them the option to wait out the revenge duration, then still have a semi viable means of escape given that they have the health to tank a chase move or two. Valkyrie even has the potential to create enough distance to heal herself with regenerate.
Conqueror can do this with charging heavy, as can Orochi with storm rush stance, as can Shaman with wildcat/predator stance. The benefit of this is stalling potential, as the super armor prevents all interruption, including gb (conq fast flow to gb from his charging heavy synergizes really well with the superarmor+his double heavy revenge throw punish). Highlander and conqueror stand to benefit from vengeful barrier activation upon revenge exit synergizing with their damage resistance feats+perks, and highlander can passively heal using his teir 4 at the same time. Shaman and Valkyrie stand to benefit from (in very fringe cases) being able to stall during revenge (being very protected in valkyrie’s case), then making use of the lingering effects of the (near useless in all other scenarios) supersonic feat paired with extra speed from rush. Valkyrie can then use this to possibly even get enough distance to get some passive healing from regenerate.
@@Bash_Minimal Sounds good on paper, but the revenge throw punish can be interrupted with a bash from another enemy while grabbing their friend. Probably better to just let the charged heavy fly
this is very off topic but it may be an idea you like. what if all neutral bashes, to balance them compared to other openers, didnt confirm any damage whatsoever. they are already the best type of opener in the game so it would be balanced. you may say that means that bashes wouldn't be a tool to stop turtling anymore but as long as every character can use this to gert into some sort of mix up it still would.
@@ookibbleoo6638Dodge cancel or bash, most characters you can bash before their heavy hits. Better to feint her out of it cuz any valk holding that stance is watching you like a hawk, if you attempt to guard break at the slightest movement they will bash.
@@IAmJeenyuss I faint her and she usually tries to go for the bash cuz she has full guard during her dash. But I play centurion so I just kick or feint heavy into a dodge attack, it usually gets her. Any defensive Valkyrie makes you also play defensive and doing a gb is probably something you want to avoid because of it. If she's walking in circles staring at you, she's gonna want to try to do the shoulder pin, and if she throws out a heavy any repped Valk will switch it into full guard so don't try to parry or light either. She's a surprisingly tricky character to play against if it's someone who knows her character well.
@@calebreynolds9318 Seems like I have to be a bit more aggressive and try to bait a reaction. I swear I'm like deer staring into headlights once she's in stance. Appreciate it!
Does this work with any other characters that I dont know?
conq charge heavy
Conq charge heavy, shaman predator/wildcat stance, orochi storm rush stance
Shaolin Ki stance or whatever
What about shaman? Anybody tested it?
In her charge bash/heavy stance
0:22 The amount of dominance coming from this !
Being a highlander main it hurt me having never noticed this before
And it's not 40 reps of light light heavy either, offensive stance in almost every teamfight/anti gank, and _still_ went unnoticed by me
No way, this is a game changer😈
bro i knew somethink was funky with how much hyper armor i had in revenge as HL
You're the reason this game sucks
Weakest highlander main versus strongest Nobu main
nanomachines son
Holy shit lmao. So many years down the drain, and im still learning new things.
THANK YOU SLANDEROUS! This surprisingly also works when Conqueror's charging a heavy! That move finally has more than one use. Woooo!

Supersonic - assist perk: In revenge, gain +15% movement speed and uninterruptible sprint. This remains active for 10s after revenge ends.

I hear "It has to be this way" start and I already know what i'm signing up for..
Damn... I was hoping Kyoshin would have it too...

Oh, something I actually didn't know about this game.
Very good, Slander, no doubt you are one of the best For Honor channels in YT.
he's just standing there MENACINGLY
For honor should have more tech like that
the thumbnail for this video made me subscribe
I remember Calm Before The Storm (Storm Rush Stance) having unli-Hyper Armor in Revenge
Lore accurate revenge
It also works with orochi's storm rush, just hold the storm rush and it will have super armor as long as you have revenge
Highlander Shadow Buff due to my ignorance! 💪👏🙌
STANDING HERE!!!
So Valkyrie is basically untouchable while in revenge, thats so funny, I've gotta try it
STANDING HEREEEEE...... I REALIZZEEE...
Standing here, I realize
You are just like me, trying to make history
nobushi being nobushi
It's good to know that the game is fixed lol
Yeah, cool just make him more broken
yes
the same thing w orochi
Yes and conqueror charging heavy
People just found out about this?
highlander when they remove his wave dashing and make him even more unoriginal (PC master race wont stop bitching anyways)

Watch them remove this now 😹

Dude, this sucks, zzexplorer already made video about it a year ago
Please take this video down so people don’t do this. You’re making me more scared of Highlander
Bro wtf how after all this 7 years i've been playing this game have never noticed this 😂😂 it has to be fake
nah you can test in training.
Supposed to be cool?
Interesting but ultimately useless
did you not watch the start of the video with highlander
It’s about sending a message
Being able to trade any move in the game with a 40 damage bash-heavy Highlander seems pretty strong
Words of someone who has no idea how to play highlander
Not useless, you can use it to establish dominance and gain a psychological advantage over your enemies
I hate hylander he is just all hyperarmor and no skill
enemies attacking me while i have revenge? only in custom mode lmaooooo
