    the way you stand next to him, waving your arm to make him feel comfortable, you mimicking the way another camel would move their neck/head around... these are movements they understand... moving closer with your arm raised, he'll take it like an aggressive movement, coming close for a bite, or push, or whatever... animal behavior.... fascinating animals... they share so much with horses!... both species evolved in the Americas..(!) moving to Asia when the land bridge opened [and the Mongolians moved to the Americas...] they were both smaller animals back then... a little over dog size... camels spread from Asia to Middle East... and horses all around...

      They have certainly traveled the world and in 1840 the first camel landed on the Australian shores were they are now thriving in the wild. I really enjoy working with the camel's minds they are super intelligent and learn so quickly, great animal to be around

      @@lukecampbelladventures I've being training dogs back in Greece, before I came back here, I grew up in a farm and I got an idea when it comes to been around animals... I see a lot, others can't see watching your videos... I really enjoy them... and a couple of camels are the only companion I'd like incase I found myself roaming the land... all creatures are intelligent... only those who aren't can't see it...

    does pressure & release work for them like with horses, and would a camel read the handler like a trained horse?
    so many wonders,
    are they similar to mustangs in that they are feral versions of domesticated camels? and so rather trainable?

    • @lukecampbelladventures
      @lukecampbelladventures  11 місяців тому +2

      Very different from horses in many ways but the principal of training can be similar when working large animals camel's are very intelligent animals and often outsmart handlers, bit the constant and routine work is the best fun to train once you know Thier tricks

This wasn't "training," but rather flooding an animal to exhaustion, to the point where it's just going to let you do anything to it. Animals aren't slaves. They should be made into friends, not machines.
