I like how no one wanted one and now everyone has one
I've had my G2C for a while now. The only things I've upgraded (so far) are the guide rod assembly and the striker sleeve, both from Lakeline. The stainless guide rod GREATLY reduces recoil tension and I've found that the striker sleeve makes the trigger a little tighter, a little "crisper" than before. If you haven't gotten the guide rod yet, do it. Well worth it. Nice video, I appreciate it.

Liked the video, you have reviewed this gun properly and different from others. I always hear the negatives about trigger pull and what not. Nice to hear a review without the same repetitive opinions.

Great review and shooting. I've done the guide rod and striker guide/spring from LLC. I also put the pseudo back strap trigger from keep tinkering. Thousands of rounds and not a single misfire or jam using cheap steel or anything. Awesome gun!

Thanks Sanders! as far as your poa(point of aim) poi(point of impact) shift on the G3C its normal, just run an accuracy drill at 3.5.7.10.12.15 yards like i did in this video. Then you will know what you poa poi is and you can compensate accordingly.✌🏽

I just picked up my G3C this week. Shot it today for the first time. Seems like the factory steel sights are shooting high on mine. I actually had to aim a little above the center of the target to hit bullseye. I’m hoping when I put some new sites on it that it will help that issue. But heck the steel sights that come with it look perfect. So I don’t see why they are shooting so high.... Of course it’s the first time using the black steel back sights, MAYBE, I’m not lining them up as well like with my Glocks. Heck I don’t know. But either way it shot really well and didn’t give me one issue besides that. I shot crap bullets out of it too. Some horrible steel bullets and gold bullets made by red army lol. Kinda all you can find lately for target practice. IF you can find them.
Enjoyed the video. I’m long-time Taurus fan (24/7 .40; 1911, and now G2C appendix carry every day);

all the internal up grades are worth the cost and it's not very expensive, the trigger is ok i don't think I'll change it out (probably will) but I am going to change all the striker springs, im not going to put any sights on im using a product called glow on (do your research) just drill out the front sight & dab glow on in simple easy and affordable 7$ a small bottle. half life of product is 15yr

Subscribed! Good lookin pistol man and I agree with everything u said. I would suggest you upgrade your guide rod spring from the factory plastic style to the stainless steel one you can get from Lakeline LLC. I can honestly say the only malfunctions I’ve ever had out of my G2C was fixed by upgrading the guide rod spring and has never returned. Also maybe it’s only in my head but I also believe it functions noticeably smoother as well. Looks better to I think. Great video tho and uhh not to shabby shooting there, maybe wear a turtle neck next time lol #HOTBRASS

I've polished up the internals, replaced the sticker sleeve and trigger shoe so im pretty sure i've already voided my warranty somehow.
You also loss double strike capability but he now has triggers were you can keep it
Is there one for the hilite laser
So for the same money as say a Glock 26, you got a great pistol, a good light and an awesome holster. Great video. I'll be setting my up likewise. Now if I can just find one.

Try rifle gear. I bought a g3c from last week.
I was at the range just last Sunday shooting my glock and one of the brass bounced off the side of the petition and flew right in my pocket haha

Freak grip texture kills my skin.
I'm from Brazil and I had Taurus guns since I was 19 (yep, long time ago...) and before this line of PT111's I didn't have a problem with the texture of the grip.

Fun video. I think you should make more of these. I think you would be good at it. For a first video, this is not too bad; do something about the sound: an over-the-ear mic might be a good idea.
I hadn't thought of that grip texture point. I've never carried my G2C and this is a point that somebody might have overlooked. Good call.

Does the Olight PL Mini 2 lens get dirty after a day on the range? Tnx
I think any light would but some painters tape up front should make for easy cleaning. It’s also a quick detach to taking it off shouldn’t be troublesome.
Little bit of gun lube on the lens before a range trip will do👍🏽

Your Audio is Terrible, especially at the range, you have more money in unnecessary upgrades than I have in my pistol and holster and ammo together, this gun doesn't require everything you've done to it, it's fine out of the box, sounds like you've been watching too many videos. 🇺🇸🇮🇹

There’s nothing wrong with your audio. Add Ins are cool, now if you have a lil 38 or a cowboy gun from back in the day I wouldn’t recommend upgrades
