Amazing demonstration! I’m going to try a rather large Cornish hen. Thanks for the demo!
@Tonya LBC thanks for watching. Post here and let me know how it went.
Joe, at 7:55 A.M. you made me hungry for chicken. Yes, I'll do this one too. A 5 Lb. Chicken on high power in the pressure cooker for 20 minutes then @ 390°F for 10 minutes in the air fryer. Got it! This will be lunch today with yellow rice and potato salad. I'm on it!👍
Thanks!
@Bill Green using this method makes the chicken stay really juicy even if you overcook it. Pressure cooking locks in the moisture. If you make it let me know what you think. Thanks.😎👍
Looks delicious!
@ellen kudron Thank you. Always appreciate your support 😊🙏

@Teresa Michele thank you for the support. This has now become the only way I cook a whole chicken now, even leftovers stay moist and delicious. 😁👍

@Lesley & David Gray Thank you so much for watching 🙏🙏🙏😎
Coming up with Superbowl recipes???
What temp should it be reading after the pressure cook?
Can the chicken be stuffed
You can stuff the chicken but may have to adjust the temp and time according to what stuffing you use if it precooked or raw.
US citizens don't seem to understand the concept of pressure cooking. Heat time has nothing to do with cooking time. 20 mins pressure cooking is probably enough for a giant turkey. All this messing with thermometers is totally unnecessary, capeesh?
