Great video like usual, I am doing heads on an EJ25 SOHC on my 09 Impreza, I was just wondering what the right procedure for heads is for the 09 as I see that they are different trough out the model years.
Thank you for all your content, I can't wait to see what you do once you get past 100k subs.

Dude! 25miles on my rebuilt ej253.
3000rpm it falls on its face. 4 misfire codes, 1 for every cylinder. Long story short. It finally refused to start, tripped a crank position code. Dummy me fell to plug the harness completely in.

Funny Robert I was thinking I wonder if these were originally the Tókico models that actually came originally but I would assume it would be KYB it seems like Subaru use KYB for many years, just like a lot of Toyota cars!

Hi mate, thanks for your work. Just picked up an 06 NA Forester with 97000kms with great service history. However, I'm getting poor MPG and its idling rough. I believe spark plugs should have been changed on the "i" service, is there any anyway to check this? Could it be the ignition coil pack? Or am I well off the mark. Cheers from Australia.

You didn't need to drag the jack out for that thing. When you were done, all you had to do was lift it up and kick the jack stands out from under it and put it back down. No jack required ;0)

Hi. I have a 2001 outback limited. I am trying to find a tiny interior part and stumped where to look. The part is a small metal cover for a hole next to the shift level on the console. I think if you remove this cover, you can take the car out of gear. I have looked at looked and just can’t find this tiny little mat chrome finished part. Anybody got any suggestions????
