One health consideration - "vegetable" oils (canola, safflower, sunflower, corn, etc) are all toxic. Quality extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, pork lard, butter, beef tallow or any animal fat is a much healthier alternative.

00 flour from Italy is superior because their wheat is not bioengineered as is here in the US. So all flour made here is very unhealthy contributing inflammation and weight gain, harder to digest

Mr. Bob of this mill i referred to recently passed. not sure what will become of the products. look up their products. they are labeled non gmo. the grains i purchase are labeled organic. yes, i am aware many european growers are under strict growing regs that do not allow chemicals.

Can you recommend a good spray bottle for cooking oil? I’m finding that spray Pam tends to leave a residue on my pans. I’d like to have a good spray bottle to keep oil so I can spray the air fryer so food doesn’t stick & spray on the food so it’ll brown. Any advice? Recommendations?
Speaking of flours. I loathe cookies made with bread flour. GAG! They have a doughy flavor ! Again, GAG! It is what these so-called famous bakeries use. The ones that charge upwards of $5 for a large, half inch thick, doughy tadting cookie. Yucky-poo!!!!!
