    One health consideration - "vegetable" oils (canola, safflower, sunflower, corn, etc) are all toxic. Quality extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, pork lard, butter, beef tallow or any animal fat is a much healthier alternative.

      Thank you for saying what I was thinking. Also Avocado oil is great especially because of the high smoke point.

    .....Bread Flour makes the B e s t Cookies as well....especially Chocolate chip cookies and Double Chocolate Cookies.... 🍪

    00 flour from Italy is superior because their wheat is not bioengineered as is here in the US. So all flour made here is very unhealthy contributing inflammation and weight gain, harder to digest

      @@matilijapoppy1140 Are those specifically not treated like the rest of the wheat here in the States? Are the plants not treated with zearanalol or whatever the hell that's called? I'm on the lookout for something that bypasses all the bs.

      Mr. Bob of this mill i referred to recently passed. not sure what will become of the products. look up their products. they are labeled non gmo. the grains i purchase are labeled organic.
      yes, i am aware many european growers are under strict growing regs that do not allow chemicals.

    Not trollin' ya Jose, but onthe pure canola oil, just make sure its cold, expeller pressed, a bit more expensive but you must agree the health of your family and you are worth it.😊👍

    I buy sauce in bottles, too, but usually get a small can of tomato paste to give them some extra punch.

    I use olive and avocado oil now. Growing up in a home that used corn and canola oil, I wanna use a much healthier oil for myself. I have yet to use peanut oil tho

    Jose' I am still learning on the flour thing..I love baking. I do have a question. Have you made a cake in your Breville? If so, how did it turn out? I know what I'm looking for but can't seem to master it. Thanks for all you do! Wa Do!

    Jose, my wife made your greenbean cassarole, she used 4 cheeses (sorry) off the chain son!! I also used your mushroom cooking tip on my Beef Wellington, outstanding tip I've never seen before, changes the texture for sure!!

    Can you recommend a good spray bottle for cooking oil? I’m finding that spray Pam tends to leave a residue on my pans. I’d like to have a good spray bottle to keep oil so I can spray the air fryer so food doesn’t stick & spray on the food so it’ll brown.
    Any advice? Recommendations?

    I loathe cookies made with bread flour. GAG!
    They have a doughy flavor !
    Again, GAG!
    It is what these so-called famous bakeries use. The ones that charge upwards of $5 for a large, half inch thick, doughy tadting cookie.
