      Jeff Walker Oh that’s awesome! If it’s a free trial and it runs out. Try out Wondershare filmora 9. I use it on my windows 10 not sure if it works on a MacBook. It’s $60 and you can use it for lifetime!

      Yogurt, granola, banana in the morning
      Salad with a sweet potato for lunch
      Fish or chicken with rice in the evening.
      Can't go wrong👌

      200g frozen fruit (cherry berry blend)
      30g Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey Protein Powder (I like strawberry or blueberry)
      20g Collagen Powder (not for taste, but good for the joints!)
      50g FAGE 2% Greek Yogurt
      15g Honey
      Handful o' Spinach
      Then top it with whatever you want! I use granola and fruit

    A 1/4 of our summer weights workout for football is just like what you did when you were at the gym, except we have 5 second breaks inbetween and we do different lifts than you did.

    Hi jeff, I was wondering how you feel about pre and post workouts. Do you use them?

      I personally don't use them, so I can't really speak on it. However, I'm a believer that if you eat right, you should have plenty of energy for whatever workout you need to do. Relying on a pre workout just seems sketchy to me!

    Hey quick question is this workout the same as what you will use closer to the start of the season or do you need to go to a harder workout to last the 30 minute Motos or however long they are

      I pretty much keep it the same throughout the season since I just use the workouts to supplement my riding. If I were home in Michigan and couldn't ride all winter, then I would for sure make the workouts a bit gnarlier to make up for not riding.

      Unique White just go with higher intensity when you don’t get some moto seat. Maintain throught the season and keep your diet clean as possible 🤘🏼

    Burned roughly 1000 cal during the workouts, that’s badass. How many calories do you generate eat on an avg day?

      If u burn 1000 you should be eating around the 2 thousand range

      @@hunterhutchison3339 I have to disagree. depends on what one's resting cal burn rate (BMR) is. I eat 2-2.25k cal/day and only burn about 500 cal (estimated) during my HIIT routines. Steadily dropping the fat and gaining muscle. At the 50% mark of cal burned to consumed one would wither away

      Ryno power makes good quality protein, and they recommend that you use it within 30 min after a workout for the best results!

      Ryno's pretty good (not sure if the whey in Ryno is from grass fed cows, I'm assuming not). But I'm a big fan of Natural Force naturalforce.com/collections/protein not cheap but quality doesn't cost, it pays

    Look at possibly doing more heavy weight with moderate total volume but increased number of sets like 5-7sets x 6-8 reps with 30-90 sec rest at all? Considering you are still a ways from outdoors and building then your preseason lifting should look very little like on bike and capitalize on developing neural adaptations that will maintain strength over longer period of time during season when the volume of your riding is too high to lift heavy.

      I do 3-4 of these HIIT workouts/week as well as 2-3 days of heavy lifting during the off season, then stop the heavy lifting when the season starts

    Only thing I can say is, probably better to do your running away from the freeway, you are getting direct emissions from all those vehicles which is gonna be pretty bad for your lungs long term

      Real life turtles? I'll be finishing undergrad this year with a 3.8GPA in Pre-Professional Biology and a minor in Chemistry. I'll be attending medical school next fall. We grind in real life just as hard as we do in the gym

      You're good at running in a straight line for 20 seconds, I'm good at racing dirt bikes for 35 minutes. I'm sure you'd smoke me on feet and i'd smoke you on a bike. For sure let me know whenever you upload a video of you riding though. I'd love to see how fast you are!

      anthon _Dvnl not sure how far he is from the beach but I’d be doing sprints in the sand. Fwiw there are snakes & other poisonous shit in the grass in FL so that’d keep me on the pavement 😂

      During the off season I typically weigh 175, then I cut down to 160-165 for the race season. Being that light at 6'1" isn't really maintainable year-round. Right now my goal is to just maintain 175 until March and then cut down!
