These were the best 15 advice I have had in my life! (Sorry dad. You ended up second😂)
Seriously. This was a solid and clear presentation. I'm gonna watch this like 10 times over, so that these tips really sink in. And ofcourse do the drills when the snow finally melts. I already have a turn track in my backyard.
    Thanks!!👍

Fully agree with everyone! This was likely the most well delivered and concise training videos I've seen yet. The verbal combined with the visual aids are fantastic and so valuable for those that have trouble processing the verbal advice (i.e. early-teen riders!).

Terrific guidance. Only thing I would ask for greater elaboration in is the critical juncture from acceleration to deceleration. I feel coasting is too vaugue. I prefer maintain speed. We use this in car racing and and the deceleration/ acceleration transition is not black or white. In theory it’s nice to aim for but making a mistake is the bigger cost to bear. Hitting the line and finding that line to maximize the acceleration is perhaps more important than a perfect deceleration without any coasting. Kyle is amazing in his articulate teaching of technique. Great material!

Great advice. We all appreciate it. You didn’t put this together in the work bathroom at your second job trying to buy some iffy performance parts. I tried to lay out a corner track for us all to use. Guy wanted damages, permission, and waiver of all liability. I had to maintain it, clean it up daily, and each rider had to pay him. And restore it to previous condition. Can’t have the bicycle kids getting hurt. Also, post a bond,$$ Being a big name and having a pr man put up with the bs is easy.
As soon as I made a couple mains (1by default) the ‘boys ‘ wouldn’t go for it. Lost all access to their old parts, help in truing wheels, advice on suspension settings. They’re in van sleeping like puppies in a box. No more at gas station,”man, you look tired. I’ll drive a couple hours and you take a nap. “
Made us move to the end of infield away from the stars for convenience of the press, and “maybe they’re lifting tools and stuff from us. “ . The used tires I used to get now had holes drilled in them. Chains and sprockets hit with shop hammer. On the track the guys in 3-5 th would bump and crowd more than usual.
Had to quit taking my oil field boss dad to the track after he saw what was going on and picked a couple guys off the ground by their scrawny necks.
Only so many places at the big table. It’s vicious in the levels below yours.
City near me had 3 dealers that have 100% restored the racing machines their daddies built for them. In little museums, oh yeah , gas and they run. Don’t touch. Dealerships are theirs now, priss around in their bermudas, polo shirts, white socks and tennies.
Off season, why don’t you drop in to these places and Shane these pricks into letting you stars see how good or bad these old machines are. Couldn’t tell you no.

Very good instructional video. I will say for me that I tend to go into the corners not braking much. I would say it's a corner styling base on maintaining flow as opposed to braking hard and accelerating hard. I'm definitely not saying your wrong though. Perhaps it because I come from an enduro/cross country back ground were you use momentum to get through obstacles and not brut power. But non the less, this is very good advice that you are offering here and riders in general would do well to implement these techniques! Thanks for posting.
