the often imitated but never duplicated soul red! it's sexy af on the curvy miata! the way the black tint defines her curves really makes the car look svelt

Have you had any trouble with the paint flaking off? I have a 2021 same color and had I've 150 paint flake spots on the cowl and hood in the first 6 months. It took a year to get Mazda to admit a paint defect and repaint it under warranty.
Did you consider the RF? I am so torn…I love the look of the RF in the delicious soul red (best red out there!) and I really don’t how often I would drive with soft top down. Ugh, I just don’t know which to order…soft top Club or RF Club
I 'considered' it, but I think it comes down to use case. This Miata lives in a garage, and the softtop is a better convertible. The RF is nice if you drive long distances or live in cold climates. The RF can be probe to wind buffetting as well. Also, there's more head hoom in the ST than the RF.

Sounds exactly like my wife. Brand whores. Mazda knocks it out of the park for exterior design, nice interior, fun to drive, and reliability. Yet they charge so little so it's crazy value all across their lineups

That's okay. The CX-5 is a terrific compact SUV. We had one for 7 years and it was flawless.
What mods have you done with it? Are those OEM headlights? does it really have an OEM fog lamp?
It has a Good Win RoadsterSport Twin Tip catback exhaust, Flyin' Miata Koni Stage 1 suspension and spacers. It's just about perfect right now.
Oh sits too high, but a set of Eibach Sportline lowering springs, will soon solve that.

RF has a lot of advantages, but the soft top with top down has the more desirable look and open air feel.
Fun = soft or Practical and quieter = RF

No issues. All cars get rock chips. But the Soul Red is just so damn gorgeous, it seems to stand out more because of that reason.
