Years ago I worked at a Mazda dealer. I had to drive a Mazda RX7 from NC to Virginia in a dealership swap. At 6’4” I can say it was the most cramped uncomfortable car I had ever rode in. In as much as I like the Miata, for me it would be a nightmare.
I drove a Miata (MX-5) for 20 years. If you've never driven one, there are not words that describe the joy of driving one. Fantastic car for what it is intended for.
I have owned 6 different Miatas since 2001. I am currently driving my 4th ND, a 2021 RF Club BBS. It is the most fun-to-drive vehicle I have ever owned….and I have owned 77 cars and trucks since 1971. My sports cars over the years ranged from a Mach1, Vette, Supra, 300ZX, several S2000s and an NB, NC and the NDs. Miata Is Always The Answer!
@@DustyPearl-13 thank you! At 72 I may be at the end of the road as far as sports car purchases go. I can’t think of another car I want to drive for fun….unless Mazda comes out with an all new MX-5 thats head and shoulders above my ‘21
I dreamed of owning one forever. I work at a dealership and one came in on trade. I had no intention to buy it but I had to test drive it. When I tell you it was so far beyond my expectations. I told my wife and she said, "just buy the damn car!"
The Miata is a wonderful car. Reliable, fun and simple, with no gimmicks, no forced induction and no overly complicated BS. I applaud Mazda for building one of the last driver's cars 👏!

Agreed, in general. I picked up my third Miata in November, a 2024 Club MT roadster. Things I do not like about the ND, include a too-high from the firewall clutch engagement point with a lack of adjustability (unlike either of my prior NA and NB Miatas or the S2000 I had afterwards), touchscreen (the new one) locks out when car is in motion. Silly. In the mobile device age folks are quicker jabbing and poking than fiddling with a last-Millennium knob to make selections. The sway bar end links are pathetically weak. The easiest way to dial out the Miata's signature exaggerated body lean ("horse and rider" marketing blurb), is to install stiffer sways front and back. Problem is, the stock bard link to thin steel tabs that inevitably snap off with stiffer bars and a driver who uses the flatter cornering those bars provide. The stock exhaust sounds like a Corolla. Shared with past generation models as well, so not unique to the 2024 ND, but seriously Mazda, why not a little more snarl and burble. VW does it masterfully with the GTI. It'd save folks the cost and hassle of going aftermarket for something that sounds like the car looks. Other than those nits, it's a fun set of wheels.
Daily driving one for 10 months now (nd2). Is great, really a good time. 184hp sounds low, but it goes. The car feels really well put together in and out. Really smooth gear change, very expensive feeling transmission. Stunning little car. Top tip, keep it away from hailstorms
Any car you Buy should be kept away from hail unless you don't like it ! Its easy to work on & many high quality after market parts are dedicated to this car ( Flying Miata / Goodwin Racing / Moss Miata just to name a few ). 1st modification probably 90% of owners make is giving the car a proper axleback exhaust system. Sound will improve dramatically when you pick the right one - ask me how I know ? 😎
@@ag4allgood yea about that...completely illegal here. The comment on the hail was cause we got hit pretty bad and the mx5 fared a lot worse than most cars in the area. Insurance covered the repair, but if the car was 5 year old it would have been a total loss.
@@ag4allgood Good try. I'm in Italy not california. By comparison on car modification california is the land of the free sadly. A car cover for hail is probably a good idea on the ND though
Owner of a 2024 ND3, Soft top, GT-RS, Manual Transmission. Just realized that mine doesn’t have the shark fin on the trunk, guess it’s regional differences. Dreamed for many years, fulfilled since this Mar 24. Intended to drive this masterpiece until one of us goes to grave.
I love it how Mazda keeps giving the Miata enthusiasts what they want, instead of ruining it with pointless gimmicks like GM ruined the Corvette and Ford ruined the Mustang.
@@clutch7366👈😂 yes the Corvette objectively sucks when you look at the well documented engine issues that include overheating, unusual noises, reduced power output, issues with the junk infotainment systems, erratic dashboard displays, lighting issues, gear shifting issues, interior quality and functionality issues with the seats, trim, hvac issues, and the list goes on and on. Typical union built GM junk.

Owner of a 2020 RF GT 6MT in Soul Red here. If you fit, you should buy it. *The headrest speakers primarily function for phone calls, not so much for music. Works amazing even on the highway with the top down. People I’ve spoken with this way can hear me just fine and don’t suspect a thing LOL.
I love how they look, but yes, only get one if you fit. I’m 6’1 and I tried to get in one when I was car shopping a couple years back and wow was that a cramped cabin. So sad too because I just know these things are hella fun to drive. (Good color choice man, from someone with a 2019 Soul Red Mazda 3!)
The 2021 Miata RF was my daughter's graduation gift from college. She graduated a semester early, and the money she saved me went to purchase her car (the one semester and the cost of Miata were very similar). She drives this Miata everyday to work (she had a job offer before gradation) and she still loving the car. She said that the highlight of the day is driving to and from work everyday in her Miata.
@@victorbaird8220 I have a 2010 Miata that I bought new drive all through four seasons with snow tires in the winter and I’ve never been stuck. Of course it is a six speed stick shift.
I have an older 1.5l ND and it is incredible. What an incredible car. I tell people it's the best car ever made. I love this video and I'm proud to be an ND owner.
I traded in my motorcycle for a MX-5. So I challenge the statement that it is not practical. It is much more practical and useful than a motorcycle. I enjoy every minute behind the wheel and look for opportunities to take it out for a drive. Now everything is at least a 1/2 hour drive - even if it is the grocery store across the street.😄 I regularly get 30+ mpg and that is with a heavy foot at times. A great car, wish I would have bought one years ago.
Idk. I have a Ducati in this same exact color and I'd want one of each for different reasons. I really loved my '21 mx5 loaner, so it's only a matter of time
I'm contemplating the same move. I own a Triumph Street Triple RS 765, but had an epiphany this year during an amazing ride in the hills. To enjoy that bike I had to push it to speeds that are.... really unsafe. I started riding slower, then less and less, because at lesser speeds, it's just not that fun, and tortures me with rain and the usual. I think something like a miata, in those same corners would be a fair bit safer, and fun and lesser speeds. I think I'm ready. It's hard.
@@malachii420 The street triple is a delight. I had a friend with the 1200 RS that decided they just couldn't risk it any more. I get the conundrum. Consider doing track days if you can swing it. I do most of my riding on a 950s Multistrada these days, but I still want some sportiness. Alas, first world problems
I have been riding motorcycles for over 20 years. What great fun they are. I bought a ND2RF in 2021. This vehicle is so satisfying to drive that I now can contemplate giving up my motorcycle for better comfort and safety without regret.
Bought one of the first Miatas, in 1989. Bought an ND2 last year and fell in love again. Being in the Rockies, mountain roads abound. Crisp fall day, top down, twisty road--heaven on earth.

I leased a 2023 and I plan on buying a 24/25 when my lease ends. I feel at home in this car. It has just the right amount of power to drive like a classic sports car. I will get in my MX-5 on a sunny Sunday morning and I will drive until dusk. When I come home I frequently can't recall everywhere that I went. The 6 speed manual transmission always has the correct gear to be in. I love the body roll feeling. It reminds me of my 68 MGB. We have a 2000 Celica. That is our back-roads car. AC needs recharged but we don't care- we open the windows and sunroof and drive on backroads. We don't slow down for turns- the speed limit is 55... every turn and hill is taken at 55. Such a fun car and surprisingly practical- that is to way we have had 5 people in it before.

I learnt to drive a manual earlier in the year, and the first car I wanted to try out was the Miata. It did not disappoint. What a beautiful little car
The old ones screamed chick car and they haven’t looked like anything that could be considered aggressive till 2016. I agree the hate is somewhat unfounded but not looking aggressive + being slow isn’t the best combo, no matter how fun it is to drive.

My only vehicle right now is a Jeep Wrangler (2dr JK) that I fully intend to keep forever. I had convinced myself that I needed a truck both to keep the miles off the Jeep and mostly because I've moved a number of times in the last couple years and will be moving again within a year's time. The MX-5 was not at all on my radar, but see it's refined simplicity here - something I can't find with trucks now - it really pushing all of the right buttons. Thank you for this thorough yet timely showcase.
I’ve been looking at one since 2016. I finally pull the trigger on this 2024 model because they may electrified Canadian to a hybrid next year. I’m not ready for batteries yet.! so get it now in this state while you can or you have to buy a used one
I bought a 2016 ND GT and love it. Under 20k had 40k when I bought it. Took it to Miatas at the Gap in TN so much fun. So much better than the 97 NA I had
145k miles on my 2014 mazda6 with the 2.5L skyactiv... I had the engine scoped recently and no need to clean inside. valves were discolored but no build up at all. I have had the car in 3 times over 10/11 years of ownership to have the intake valves looked at and so far its never needed them to be cleaned.
I’m on my fourth Miata which is an absolutely magnificent 2023 RF GT with a 6 speed in the sickest color, Soul Red Crystal Metallic. I’ve had one of each generation of the four generations going back to my first which was a 91’, then an 01’, next an 06’ and presently the best one of all, my 23’. The RF model with the retractable hardtop is an absolutely fantastic feature and the 2.0 liter with 181 HP has brought the car to where it needs to be. I’ve been driving for 50 years and I’ve driven them all. No other car is more practical and more importantly, more fun than a Miata. I’m 64 years old and I don’t honestly know how much longer I’ll be driving but this one could arguably be my very last car so I’m gonna drive it like I stole it and enjoy it until it’s over.
Wonderful car. I wonder how many Car Car Nut will have sold as a result of this video. If I had different priorities, this would be in my garage tomorrow.
Regarding the parking brake sticking - I have mostly found it an issue in automatic cars as the owners tend to not use the brake, ever. In manual cars the handbrake gets used often and that issue is almost non-existent, I bought an auto a few years back as a used car, and the handbrake was seized. After repair and constant use since, no problems at all.
Agree with you on that parking brake. Never had a problem with it on my 2016 Club that got driven daily here in Northern Illinois for 7+ years. The ONLY time I didn't use the parking brake was in cold weather below 40 degrees so the cable doesn't freeze in place. Used 1st gear instead as a brake. The tricks of manual transmissions.
I'm 6'1", and this Miata fits me perfectly. It has great acceleration from a stop, though it doesn’t have the power to overtake other cars easily at highway speeds, which is fine by me. It’s a joy to own, and the maintenance costs are very reasonable. My main, though minor, complaint is that I often drive with the top down, so I always need to wear sunscreen. I wish Mazda had added a protective area on the black fabric top because I end up leaving white sunscreen marks when I push the top down to secure it. To avoid constantly cleaning the black convertible top, I keep a microfiber cloth under my seat and use it as a buffer when I lock the top in place. Another minor note is that the footwell is tight, so my right calf rests against the center console plastic when my foot is on the accelerator.
By the way, I also drive a 96' 5 speed 4Runner. I do get confused after driving the 6-speed Miata, back to the 5-speed 4Runner, where instead of the 1st gear it is the reverse (without lockout). Then when I got back to the Miata, I kept forgetting that an additional 6th-speed OD was available on the highway.
Hello sir. This video is suggested to me by UA-cam and when I saw the MX-5 I was like; why not, lets give it a try. And glad that I did that. The knowledge of yours and how you talk to us and make us understand every single detail is amazing. Thank you! And I wanna thank to cameraman too. I can easily feel that he/she has car knowledge combined with cameramen skills. He/she is not just a cameraman. Thanks guys, that was a great video.👌
I got a ND2 in 2017 for my "fun car". I ended up commuting the thing because I loved it so much. 185k miles later not one damn thing went bad, ever. Just consumables and I did all my maintenance. I even tracked it few times a year. I traded it in for a 2024 RF (hard top) a month ago. I figured this is my last chance before all the manual, simple, pure sports cars go away.
I'm on my 3rd MX-5 with the first one purchased in 1991. I have had the NA, NB and now the ND (which is the best). Truly wonderful cars and I smile every time I start it up. I have never had any mechanical issues with any of them- each driven over 100,000 miles. A far cry from my first convertible, a 1968 Triumph Spitfire.
I bought my ND Miata exactly a year ago. I’m a first time Miata owner. A get the same feeling every time I drive it even after a year. Miata top tip. I always drive it with the top down even if I have to leave the windows up. Top down is the only way to drive a Miata.
I have a 94 which I’ve owned for 20 years. It’s my second NA. The first one I bought I sold in three years. My senior neighbor told me I would regret selling. I did and a few years later I bought the 94. Most fun and reliable car I’ve ever owned.
AMD I love this review. Going over the simplicity of the mechanical details - no gimmicks ! Of course prices have gone up but compared to other convertible sports cars is actually much cheaper. 😎
I have a '16 MX-5 and I agree with your findings. There are 2 cars that are impossible to drive without a smile on your face, the Miata and the Boxster. Both are fantastic cars but neither is a "value" anymore as the prices have exploded. But, they sure are fun to drive
One of the few new vehicles that I still like, since it is mostly still fairly "old school" built. I prefer the RF (hardtop) 6-MT version though since I'm not interested in opening the top or having a convertible in general. I just like smaller, sporty, fun vehicles in the subcompact or compact segment.
I own a 2019 Abarth 124 Spider with all the options other than the Brembo brakes. It has been a great summer car with only 23,000 miles on her at this time. Most people have no clue that my Fiat is based on an MX-5 and think that the car is way more expensive than it is.
@@Kstxrd Except for the half second turbo lag (yes, I speak from experience) You can find tuning kits for the Mazda, too, BBR-GTI has some nice stuff. Anyway, what is it again that they say? The Fiat 124 is the only Alfa Romeo ever built in Japan? Just teasing, a 124 always gets a thumbs up from me :-) TBH, I would have loved seeing the Alfa version of the MX-5. Really curious to see which engine they would have put in the car. A 1750 TBI would have been amazing ... but probably too large and too heavy? Too bad Alfa canned the project 😞
Used to own many Mazda's from the golden era (80s 90s and early 00's) back in the days and they were great except for two things: 1. rust (underbody) 2. expensive parts and I mean expensive parts when not available aftermarket. Not sure if that has been solved but for this MX5 I would make an exception, it is just such a nice car.
This is interesting to me because I've loved Toyotas (and this channel) for years. My daily driver is a 5th gen 4Runner, but after driving a 2024 Miata, I just had to have one as a second Summer vehicle (even though it's not a Toyota). It's just such a phenomenal car in so many ways.
Technically, it's a double wishbone front suspension. It's got a coilover shock absorber that connects to the bottom wishbone. I've been driving my '94 Miata for over twenty years. Fantastic cars and very fun. No need for Corvette HP. Love that Mazda is still making quality vehicles. Nice review.👍
Such a useful and practical review. I love my 2022 MX-5, the engine is very smooth and silky, and practical enough for road trips and can be a daily driver. It is a refreshingly low-tech car in terms of gimmicks, and it's totally driver focused. It would be the best car I've ever owned and I've been driving cars for over 30 years.
I reluctantly sold my beloved 2001 when I moved overseas. It's great to see that they have maintained that beautiful classic look after all these years.
I owned a 2010 mx5 Miata with 5 speed manual transmission. Best car I’ve ever owned in my 70 years on the planet. Fun fun fun to drive! SIMPLE! Really needed a 6th gear…. and only used premium gas! Okay, I get it. Great job Mazda! Thank you for allowing me to experience this treasure! 🙏🏼
Been dailying a 2020 Club RF since April and it's so much fun. The clutch pedal engages a bit higher than I was used to but that's fine. The manual is so good on this car. I taught my teenage son how to drive it and he was cruising around a parking lot in less than 20 minutes. A couple things I feel I should point out though is CCN says there's no gimmicks... well there are kinda a couple. The seat speakers don't actually pump out any sound when you're listening to music, they only become operational for phone calls. There's also a plastic "sound tube" running from the air filter box to the firewall which is supposed to pump in engine noise. The consensus from Miata fans is that it's mostly useless and adds only a negligible amount of noise. I deleted mine which is easy to do and cleans up the beautiful and already mostly clutter free engine bay.
I live in an extremely affluent community in the Silicon Valley. Since we've lived here, I've noticed so many Mazda vehicles (e.g., CX-5, CX-30, CX-50, CX-90, etc.). I especially notice when I see someone living in a multi-million dollar home driving a Mazda MX-5. I ended up buying a Mazda last year. It's sooooo fun to drive!
I just traded in my '20 MX5 for a new electric. I loved my little mazda, I have owed many brands of new cars over the past 25 years and Mazda fabrication stands out as the best fit and finish I have ever seen. The quality was outstanding across the board. Absolute fun drive! Especially in manual. BTW you called it about the carbon build-up on the fuel injection. Even though I only had 15k miles over 4 years the engine was idling rough and needed the injectors cleaned. It was my fault because I used regular cheap gas. This 4th gen car design in legendary in my book. If mazda ever goes electric with the MX5 it will be an instant buy for me.
I took ownership of my ND3 RF in June. A few observations beyond the mechanicals: It is definitely the best MX5 so far in terms of out of the box setup. The wireless Android Auto is working great either with the control wheel or by touch. A coffee mug or similarly dimensioned recipient is REQUIRED to use the cup holders. Regular bottles will flap around and occasionally spill. Even the Recaro passenger seat has ISOfix mounts so i could take my favorite kid withme, using a booster seat. The 2L engine can't be registered in Europe as of August 18th 2024 due to Euro 6e, meaning i more or less got the end-of-the-line car. The engine and internals are allegedly identical to the ND2 but it got a new ECU so tuning like the BBR220 is not available with this yet and due to the limited run they say they dont plan to do it. Maybe Versatune will manage to crack this one too. With that said, I have driven it whenever I had the chance and put about 2500km on mine so far. I highly recommend it. It becomes entertaining way before hitting illegal speeds which means i can enjoy it without a fine, and on normal roads it is very hard to run out of grip. Despite being very communicative in terms of chassis, even on bumpy roads, it does not beat you up and have done 100-130 miles in one stint without any discomfort. I am 179cm tall and it fits well. My 1,9m friend was sitting comparatively tight but doable. Stay away if you are closing in on 2m.
I had the BBR Super 220 wiith their GT exhaust and Eibach sway bars & springs fitted to my ND2 RF a few months ago. I think that's all of the mods that I need for the road. The power boost isn't drastic, but the extra 300 RPM and improved noise make a nice difference. I hope BBR don't suffer too much loss of business only having older cars to tune from now onwards.
@@justinbennitt835 does adding the Eibach antiroll bars make the car any less fun under normal conditions? I would not spend much time on a track and therefore enjoy the slightly more dramatic side to side transitions. I dont find that they are distracting and it is definitely a stable lean
@@axelfiraxa I don't track my car either, but if the lean during corners doesn't bother you, no need to get the sway bars. I only really got them fitted because of the power upgrade that I had fitted at the same time. My previous few cars all had fairly firm suspension so I prefer less lean. I'd still recommend the Eibach springs though, the car visually sits better on them and they fit with the existing shock absorbers.
@@justinbennitt835 Does that mean you also lowered yours? I thought about it but the past 3 months got me through some pretty bad patches of road for which i think i would have managed to scrape the underside had I been any lower.
This is one of the few great drivers cars left. The dimensions of the interior are likely the biggest fly in the ointment for potential MX-5 owners. Some people just don't fit. An automatic transmission in this car is kind of a crime, assuming one doesn't have a disability. I really love the design of this generation Miata, especially the shapely flanks of the RF. I'm sure the Mercedes SL owners will miss all the hydraulics, actuators and sensors on that primitive (stone age?) folding roof.
Drove in 2022ND2 for two weeks and put on over 4000 miles. Absolutely loved the car. It is obviously small but as a fun weekend car. my wife and I both agreed that we are looking for one to add down the road. Since the car doesn’t weigh much the 181 hp is plenty. Average 36 miles per gallon on highway. Very simple opening of the top. Interior fit and finish was top-notch.
The first new car I ever bought was a new Austin Healy Sprite, 1963. I loved it, and talk about basic, no roll up windows, no locks on the doors, Basic! I bought it new and it was $1,300. The Miata is a modern improvement of the Sprite and it is so nice!
Really appreciate the simplicity of operation for the convertible top. To me this is the best bang for the buck new convertible available in North America. Thanks for the video.
I drive a 2016 ND1 GT 6spd, its by far my favorite car coming from a 99 & 03 NB. I know they are known for having a weaker gearbox but the beauty is that its cheap to replace. In my areas the ND1 can be had for 10-15K less than newer models with similar miles and that by far pays for a few transmissions. 155 horsepower is perfect if anyone is worried its low powered. Has no problem getting up to 80-90mph on 93 octane. I would recommend having a larger car if financially possible but you can live with it if necessary.
What I like about the MX-5 other than the design, or its weight is that it doesn't have cylinder shut down and stop and go which is total bullshit, hell it doesn't even have electoral parking brake, as a mechanic I love that, and Mazda's transmission are reliable. It is hands down the most reliable car on the road and the price is about $30,000 cheaper than anything coming out of Europe. I see mostly retired couple driving one besides myself and you can fit a whole shopping cart of groceries into the trunk. The only problem with Mazda is there paint, it's very thin and the color choice for a sports car are ugly.
I wish more cars were this simple.
This simplicity was a big factor in why I bought a Mazda CX-5 over a Subaru earlier this year.

I traded in my motorcycle for a MX-5. So I challenge the statement that it is not practical. It is much more practical and useful than a motorcycle. Now everything is at least a 1/2 hour drive - even if it is the grocery store across the street.😄 I regularly get 30+ mpg and that is with a heavy foot at times. Better than a Harley....
I have been riding motorcycles for over 20 years. What great fun they are. I bought a ND2RF in 2021. This vehicle is so satisfying to drive that I now can contemplate giving up my motorcycle for better comfort and safety without regret.

Well done video. This is probably one of the best videos and descriptions of the Mazda Miata I've seen.

Same combo I have. 5th Gen 4R TRD Pro for the crappy days. ND2 RF GT 6MT for the nice ones!
I'm half way there, have the 2024 4runner not the Mazda yet!!!
Have a 5th gen 4Runner. You’re comparing apples to oranges for sure. 5th gen 4Runner rides like crap.
Me too! 5th Gen 4Runner as my daily and my ND2 RF. The perfect garage.
Best car ever! It is a complete joy ride.
prayers answered, havent even watched it yet but i been waiting on AMD to review this 😭😭❤️
Absolutely yes, if you fit in it
I'm 5'4" and felt cramped in the Miata. I wanted to love it so bad. My 5'11 spouse couldn't sit in it.
6'2" at 245 lb I guess I'll have to pass
@@mysolavei1224I’m 6’ 240 and fit fine (2022). I rented one for a month when I needed a car.
Getting out! That was a little tough. But I loved it.
@justinstiff5641 I'm 5'11 and couldn't imagine getting in this car haha
@@mysolavei1224that’s wild. I’m 5’ 11” and never had issues feeling cramped in my 1999 Miata
I used to have one in my early days ❤
I still love it ❤❤
I have snow nearly half the year; I'd opt for the RF because of that fact. Nice review, thumbs up!
all MX-5s are beautiful , such a sexy ride
Keen. I bought one of these a couple of weeks ago and started watching your content to learn how to care for it properly
The only thing wrong with it is it's price. Yes! Could not agree more. And even then, if you can afford it, it is 100% worth it
I owned the original MX-5.
I put on wider rims and tires.
It was a street legal Go-Cart.
Wheels not rims 😂
@samusaran7317 Thanks for straightening us out, professor. But he got wider rims on his new wheels. Everyone understands but you😊.😊😊😊😊😊
I reluctantly sold my beloved 2001 when I moved overseas. It's great to see that they have maintained that beautiful classic look after all these years.
Wow! Loved this car. I was not thinking of a sports car, but this car is really great.
Still driving my 1991. No repairs. Just maintenance.
Probably the last true driver's car left out there. Jeep needs to take note what "Don't mess with the formula" means.
Ever since the original MX5 was introduced , I wanted one. Finally Bought a 2022 ND2 brand new. Love it.
It fits like a glove
Yes it dose every button switch gear lever is exactly in the range of your hand with very little movement perfect
I rented an ND2 for a road trip once and it was the most fun and joy I ever had in a car.
You should be a Salesman because you Are~ (Nice review)
I live in an extremely affluent community in the Silicon Valley. Since we've lived here, I've noticed so many Mazda vehicles (e.g., CX-5, CX-30, CX-50, CX-90, etc.). I especially notice when I see someone living in a multi-million dollar home driving a Mazda MX-5. I ended up buying a Mazda last year. It's sooooo fun to drive!
The antithesis of modern vehicular bloat & complication
If it goes electric mean no buy for me. The weight will be huge.
I took ownership of my ND3 RF in June.
A few observations beyond the mechanicals:
It is definitely the best MX5 so far in terms of out of the box setup.
*Pity that Recaro went titsup.*
We purchased this exact car this past summer. Same color combo and same trim level. Love it so far.
How much?
I love my 2021 RF MX5 fun car
Never owned a Mazda but I’m sold on this one ☝️
Fantastic work of art🎉
I love the body colored interior trim too. It's a way to bring the outside... in. Adds to the feel of open air motoring.
Excellent review !
I owned a 2005 NB Miata for about a year. 135K miles, but it drove great. Such a fun car. I can't imagine how much better these brand new ones are! 🏎
I own a 21 Rf gt manual. I will never sell this car.
Good call 👍
The first new car I ever bought was a new Austin Healy Sprite, 1963. I loved it, and talk about basic, no roll up windows, no locks on the doors, Basic! I bought it new and it was $1,300. The Miata is a modern improvement of the Sprite and it is so nice!
Is this basically the best bang for the buck car on the market?
As a single guy who drives one & does not need an SUV for driving to Costco - yes 100% ! I regularly shop at Costco too ! 😎
Really appreciate the simplicity of operation for the convertible top. To me this is the best bang for the buck new convertible available in North America. Thanks for the video.
The simplicity of this car is just….FANTASTIC. Naturally-aspirated engine, and a manual gearbox? 👌
The ND generation has been plagued with transmission issues even after multiple revisions.
If you like Red then there is a Soul Red color that sticks out among all the others.
Thin paint = less weight = more fun
Every Miata has solid build quality. Its why they are great fun cars to buy second hand
