Had a bad rattle in my rear deck lid for the ML sub bass in my 2022 IS350. Definitely take it in if you don't mind the dealership taking it part for a few days. Lexus has a 4 year bumper-to-bumper warranty and they dealt with the rattle without any costs to me. They ended up replacing the ML sub entirely, all under warranty.

That’s interesting, cause the rattle that I am having is near one of the speakers on the rear passenger seats. I haven’t been able to fix it by pushing on all the panels, so when I take my car in for its next oil change, I’ll have the dealer take a look at it.

@@bayareadrives try going underneath the rear deck through your trunk. There should be a hole you can look up into where your sub is and see if it could also be the bracket that's loose. That's what the dealership initially thought and tried to adjust for me before I came back to them about the issue popping up again so they went to replace the whole sub assembly.

I’ll definitely take a look at that area this weekend to see if that is causing the rattling, thank you for the tip!

Greetings from SoCal! I currently own a 2008 IS350 and plan on a 2019-22 RC350 sometime next summer! Can you please make a POV video during the night? I want to see the night effects of the interior and exterior! Thanks in advance if possible!

That’s a great idea, I’ve never really thought about doing that because of the lighting, but I’m sure there are some settings on the GoPro to make it better.
I’ll definitely look into this. Thanks for the idea!

@@bayareadrives That would be great if you decide to make the video and can find the time to shoot it and will check back in with your channel periodically to see if you posted it! Thanks!

I have been becoming more and more fond of F sports specfically the V8's but the 350 is on the table for my wallet's sake. I had an A90 Supra and it was a tough daily for me. Thanks for sharing.

I’ve never driven an RCF or Supra, but from what I’ve read and seen, the RC350 maybe too soft, especially if you’re coming from a Supra. If you were to put the Supra and RC350 on a sport to luxurious spectrum, they are on opposite ends. It’s more GT than sport, but if that’s something that you are looking for (a great daily that will eat up miles and have some fun on a back road) then it maybe the right car for you.
The RCF is still luxurious but it is definitely more sporty than a RC350, so I feel like that maybe more of a middle ground for someone coming from a very sporty car like a Supra, but I agree prices for the RCF both used and new are very high.

going to my local Lexus tmr to look to trade in my es 250, im looking at is350 vs rc350 im in the same boat where I could due with 2 seats. I want a sportier car but I cant see myself in anything but a Lexus especially compared to bmw, Infiniti, Mercedes, Toyota models at the 40 ish k price point. I might be weird but at this price point Lexus has the best looking cars they just lack power. anyways do you have any input? if I don't need the backseats I guess I should look at rc350? and you say you are looking to sell you're car, I can imagine you're selling it for something sportier, if so what are you thinking?

In terms of power, both the RC and IS are fine in my opinion, they both have 311 hp which is more power than most cars on the road. You should be able to easily pass people on the highway and have a little bit of fun.
Yes, I am looking for a more sportier car, specifically the Mazda MX5. The Mazda has less horsepower than the RC, but in reality when I’m driving in the city or highway, I am never able to use all 311 horsepower because there is too much traffic. Secondly the handling of the RC is not as good as the Mazda. I prefer good handling cars that I can push on a back road.

Used vs new. Also, unless you have a plaid model s, its getting smoke on the straight. Even a model s plaid will get destroyed around any corner by the c8 due to weight and distribution.
      Nice try kid

Different type of car, the rc is far a better daily and can be driven in winter too, the c8 is a full fledged sports car. Not comprable
