You didn’t mention Microsoft Remote Desktop. You get the best experience. On my iPad it locks my desktop, scales to my iPad resolution and the latency is non existent I could easily watch a UA-cam video. And to top it all off, it automatically wakes my pc if I connect to it on my iPad.
Moonlight + GeForce experience is the way to go…free…just requires a PC with Nvidia GPU…and its specifically designed for low latency. EDIT: its also free!

I've been using the built-in remote desktop feature available on windows 10 pro. I haven't experienced any lag and the resolution is perfect. Also a nice bonus is that a remote desktop client is preinstalled on all windows pc, so as long as you know your IP you can connect from any windows pc.

I need to link my mouse for easier use but overall I'm quite happy with the results. Of course, the real test will come when the coffee shops open up again for people using them as an office. Thanks for the video! I have the exact same setup (iPad pro with Team viewer) but the scrolling is wonky. I’ll check out the other program. If I can fix this I’ll be so happy as my iPad Pro is not just my only computer, I’m also using it to replace my phone by using a VOIP line.

iPad 8th gen? First gen pencil would set you back $80, so around $410 for both. 10.5 inches is big enough and is roughly the same size an 11 inch iPad Pro. There are a few small caveats like the fingerprints button and a non laminated screen. Nevertheless, it has most of the features you would ever need in an iPad. You could probably get on sale for less than $329, as apple lists, or just get an older model pro. (You would have to get a refurbished one tho)
If you mine crypto it's an easy fix. Always running and earning you money. When you wanna use the desktop you connect and just stop the mining for the duration of you using it. Just an idea 👍

You should re-do the video. With the new Fluid protocol this video is not valid anymore. Everything is buttery smooth nowadays with Jump Desktop. 60fps.

hey so I want to be able to game, like battlefield 2042 for instance, on my ipad. But as soon as I enter the game, the keyboard is still hooked up to the ipad, and not onto the game, right, so I can't control the game with my keyboard, (or ps4 controller for that matter). Any ideas? I know of the lag, but I figured as soon as I have fiber this should diminish a bit

Jump desktop is great, it's single time payment, so is not expensive and is fair for the quality, I prefer this way than subscription models

I think you can easily fix your problem with teamviewer by changing the resolution of your desktop to match that of the ipad
But the thing is the resolution of the iPad is not standard. So the team viewer tries to find the perfect fit.
