@@silvershoes9724 We have indeed and it was incredible!! The service was amazing and they even gave a free room upgrade as it was my mums birthday holiday. We will be looking to go back as soon as we can for sure!!
Great video. We have been to this lovely hotel twice previously, in 2014 and 2017 (don’t know where the time goes). Would love to go back again next year. Had two wonderful holidays there. Although next time it would be nice to be able to go for two weeks. I like the refurb. The chairs in the stage area look a lot more comfortable than the previous ones. I wonder if the plants hanging down from the ceiling in the reception area are real, and if so how do they keep them alive?! Do you have any videos of a refurbished room? Thanks :)
Thank you for your kind words. IMO the refurb has certainly made the reception area, theatre and restaurant more comfortable. I did not take any video of the room but the main change was the removal of the bath and replacing it with a walk in shower - I think this is a big improvement. I believe the ceiling plants in reception are plastic but they do look real. We love this hotel and have always had a great experience - I am sure you will as well if you decide to go back again.
Hi Colin, although our children are grown up so have no first hand experience, they have a full program of activities for children to keep them entertained.
