Emotional maturity??? Is the ability to understand, manage, and express emotions in a way that promotes personal growth and harmonious relationships. Emotionally mature people: Have self-control Value emotions and don't try to hide them Show empathy Support those around them Know how to put themselves in someone else's shoes Own mistakes Don't have the desire to be right all the time Are unafraid of vulnerability. the work is a lot like learning, unlearning, relearning. :) That's healing, understanding... acceptance... Never ends, we do mature though and once we do we show up powerfully.
