I didn't know about this product so thank you for the heads up on it! I'm like you, when I've needed it - I've tried wallets, tape or even a shirt but you're spot on. It changes the feel dramatically. This looks pretty sweet.

my snare junkie friend said with brass snares (what I have now) if you use ANY muffling it takes the bite away...so the m80 takes the bite away just like everything else. But it looks cool and itll work for those motown songs that dont require a rimshot, which is important for me lol

@@spirodrums LOL! I've got real similar friends man. I used a single moongel for a but even that's gone now. I just like a wide open snare but you're spot on. There are tracks that require the dampening and it needs to retain that bite and pop. Again, great upload bud!

@@spirodrums same I've used tape, moon gel, rings, the ones you stick to the heads. Then tried this ones on the snare and ended up using them for the whole kit

yea im at the end of the line for dampeners...even orings arent possible with all the brush work. it should be around $24. thanks for stopping by Earl 😃😃😃. this seems like it will work out for my tastes! just gotta get in the studio to find out for sure
