Hopefully all is swallowed next time.. was it a pastel de nata? Portuguese tart? I thought they were supposed to be solid.. or this was a different pastry?
Come to Camden. Some nice rides. Hilly loop through Picton and The Oaks or time trial the Northern Road super smooth new bitumen read for the new airport.
Thank you mate. Music choice is the domestique of the video, doing all the hard work behind the scenes. Hopefully my music license comes out with some more tracks soon. I think I’ve almost exhausted all the tracks which I like.
Great ride, great video, thanks mate. If you ever find yourself riding out near Winston Hills, there’s a bakery there at the Bellotti Street shops and it does the old-style baked custard tarts, they are sooooo good 😀
Nice one mate. You guys went past me near entrance of National Park so I jumped on for the tow to Waterfall lol. Had a Sutho strugglers kit on. Noticed the pastrie kit.
I think I did 1 turn on the front on the way back from Waterfall. The pace was so bloody fast I was hanging on for dear life. We averaged 48.5km/hr 😵💫
@@joshkwan Definitely haven't been riding enough! It has gotten really cold here lately. If only I could learn how to keep warm during winter riding. I'm sure there's a rule or three that I can follow!

Yea just stunning, rivals the west head lookout view. The pie was a lamb and rosemary pie, but there was also a beef and cheese would I would love to try next time.
Well that was exciting Josh, you must have a different King from us Queenslanders, our King doesn't have his birthday until October 😮. That cafe food made me hungry
As long as the King keeps giving out public holidays, god save the king. This video is your message to go to your local bakery tomorrow and smash some pastries.
"Kings Birthday" is celebrated on different days in different Australian states - and none of them around the actual King's birthday (or even the previous Queen's). In England the holiday is traditionally in early June in summer weather; Australia has mostly adopted the June date for consistency despite it being winter here. The actual birthday of Charles III is 14 November, and Elizabeth II was 21 April. As noted, Queensland is an outlier with the holiday in October (when weather is nicer).
Interesting. I know that it isn’t on the king or queens birthday but I didn’t realise different states celebrated it on different days. To be honest I wouldn’t mind if it was moved into the second half of the year a bit more to balance out the public holidays throughout the year.
I've never done 140k and my rides never reached 30kph ave. Impressed. The other thing is I would be ravenous after the ride. On the long rides I did 70k plus ride to Pizza shop, I would kill a pizza coffee coke and water. How are you after a ride like that?
I was definitely a little bit under fueled. Because it was so cold I was wearing long finger gloves and I couldn’t get my gels out to eat them while moving. I had two bottles of drink mix and then a gel at the lookout. When I got home I ate a huge bowl of ramen haha
@@joshkwan Pay Aldi a visit, they have got single serve fruit cakes. Each delivers 62g of carbs and very low fat. I usually grab a couple of those for longer rides.
Great ride! Hard to beat that for a public holiday.. The cream explosion @7:49 was the highlight for me
HAHAHAHA, not filmed; it went all over my shoes and my hands. Probably wiped more cream off myself than went in my mouth.
Thats what she said. HAHAHA

It was a Portuguese tart. Maybe not in the oven for long enough? It was very yummy though
Wow, very under done.. or it was cream of sum-yunguy 😂
i love ur content man, its brilliant
very cool content!
Always motivates me to ride after watching your videos. Thanks mate, keep it up!
Awesome to hear mate, comments like this motivates me to keep making the videos! Thanks
The custard oozing out of that tart was gold!
Haha I know you love a custard tart. Sadly a little bit of the golden syrup fell onto my shoes. Next time I’ll have to eat it in one mouthful.

Last time I rode in Camden was about a year ago. I rode to the lookout over the dam. It was awesome. I will have to do it again :)

What a spectacular ride and view! Much better than 2020. 150km is quite the ride! Loved how the music picked up at the downhill.

Man, for such a long ride, you should eat on the bike!
I usually eat on the bike, and I had two bottles of drink mix. But with the long finger gloves on it was too fiddly to open up a gel.
