maybe better ur cornering skills slightly so u dont feel the need to do 500 watts for every corner. also dont feel like u need to put dig down once ur in a breakaway, the early break in the vid with that green and black jersey guy he took a pull literally for a few seconds before u started to go again.(unless u feel as if the pace is falling)
8:03 at the point in time instead of taking a pull knowing that the first guy is probably a breakaway rider being gassed after, and michael being a sprinter, instead of taking the pull, take a slingshot and get a breakaway from the breakaway and force ur cousin to sprint
Thanks for the comment mate, and solid advice. I’ll try and keep this in mind, when you’re riding on max heart rate sometimes all the brain power goes out the window haha. Also I’m going to add a rear camera to the production so you can witness what’s happening behind me.
Loving the play by play commentary!!!
Please keep them coming.
Thank you! I hope to make more in the future :)

Great effort Josh, better luck next time!
Thanks mate :)
This looked like a good training ride for the canberra half. Keep up the good work👌
Yes. Peaking for Canberra half

Big boy
Come race
Great job, and how about a rear camera 🎥 would be great too to see some more pictures from behind as well.
Thanks 🙏
I just bought a rear camera mount for the bike last night.
Now to buy a rear camera… 🤔
@13:38 Michael is wearing the same kit, but definitely not a teammate..
We can all end up on the podium together 🤣

@@joshkwangotcha, enjoying the content, keep at it
I think you spent too much time on the front and was too concerned with break aways in the early part of the race.
Yea, my previous race people got away on the second lap and disappeared into the distance. I was too worried that would happen again.
Agreed. You cannot close them all down!
Yep, burning all your matches too early. Plus the guy out front will be pushing wind for more than 10km. @@scottfrancis2430
why would you have the 40kg little kid pull on the downhill lmao
Well to be fair he didn’t pull 🤣
michael disappeared
Hahaha he did very well
139bpm while standing still 🥴
We did a few warm up laps prior to camera turning on. Resting HR of 139 would be 🤮
