  • In this episode, I have the pleasure of chatting with Joss Walden. Joss has an amazing story of recovery and I'm so grateful for her to share it. This is a great episode filled with so much insight into mindset and the recovery journey.
Joss is an assistant psychologist working in the UK's NHS system. an independent recovery coach and ambassador for the UK's leading eating disorder charity Beat and podcast host for 'Honey are you Happy'. She started 'Honey Are You Happy?' following her own recovery from anorexia which left her shocked at how inaccessible the support is for those struggling with eating disorders and body image anxieties in the community. Joss is passionate about breaking down stigma around eating disorders and mental health issues and helping people take control of their health and wellbeing through solution focused coaching and therapeutic models of recovery. She has also recently written two self-help books, Intuitive Eating - Ditch Dieting for Good, and 'Improving Body Image for Men' which will be available in the new year.
