Very good buy. The cocking arm hinge is made of pot metal and will crack if the user pulls it down violently, happened to mine because I let it be used by a person who knew no better. My 460 is tuned to full power , it's more powerful than my 350 mag .22 that has a pg2 kit . My gun is capable of making nickel size groups at 40 yards. UTG makes a special weaver mount for this gun Pyramyd has it and it's highly recommended. I've had my 460 TO6 for around 5 years , it shoots CPs 14.3, domes very well - I consider the gun top of the line.
what are your fps with the 14.3 CP I'll make sure no one gets carried away cocking it. I like the feel of it and the weight is nice compared to the other under leavers.
Hi Mike, 850+ fps with CP 14.3 domes. To ensure that the cocking arm hinge is not stressed, cock with both hands firmly and steadily. The 460 TO6 .22 is a tack driver , superb hunting rifle. I recently shot a big iguana, over 6 pounds, at more than 40 yards away- may have been a lucky shot but I was shooting free hand and it came down like a sack of bricks. Scope- a 3-9x32 center point.
between the 460 and the Diana 52 both in .22 caliber which would you choose? is important to me your answer because I will buy one and here in my country there is no resale of RWS.
MrPrimoPR wow that's amazing, mine with the PG2 kit its shooting at around 720 fps. and that's after replacing the breach seal. before that it was 695. with the crosman premiers 14.3 g .22 cal., so i got frustrated and stored the rifle away 4 years ago. now i would like to try and get it shooting at least 800 fps. with CP 14.3 .22 cal
I'd love to see the comparison with this and the 48 at distance at 50 and 75 & 100 yards with splatter targets. If you can't get the 48 we would always love to see splatter target reviews on 50 , 75 , & 100 yards.
The 460 was resold to the original seller . but just recently I was able to buy a RWS 48 .22 and those are supposed to be amazingly accurate. my 48 is on the back burner I may do a video on it. from what I heard the rws 48 is way above the 460 accurate wise. I did have a rws 48 long while back that I never got to shoot and eventually I sold it the new owners raved about its accuracy
I haven't had a 460, but I did have a 46 in .177 that shot very nicely. I only sold it off because it was a little portly, and I prefer break barrel guns. Enjoy this one too!
Have 430 in uk which is under 12ft lb when shooting the rifle the cocking lever detaches from under the barrel the gun has been returned but still persists the design for retaining the cocking arm is very poor
Hi There. I have my pro reverb gees I think its 66 had it serviced it sounds amazing but they were made to be louder then the rest it is loud LOL which is ok by me. ok airguns what will you be using it for just fun I highly recommend a Beeman R 9 or weihrauch 95 & skip all the others LOL
If you cant afford a weihrauch 95 or Beeman R 9 - rws 34 in .22 would cost less but if you can swing it I get the R 9 or weihrauch 95 perfect weight very accurate a very enjoyable gun
@@MrSteppingstone888 right on about the old black faces. If you’re comfy, these amps respond really well to adjustable negative feedback. Really loosens the amp up at lower volume. Yah, the 95 is prob the one I’m looking at grabbing.

I would say "both are "depending on how they are set up" I would favor the under leaver 460 with a good tune to smooth it out would be my bet because the break barrel is out of the equation plus its lightweight. Break barrels are fine but also add the possibilities of more issues to iron out. All said and done, one will tend to enjoy the rifle that feels good to them according to their own taste
Your welcome. this is a highly addictive sport, pretty soon the addiction for more rifles gets out of hand till you have to have them all and try them all, it gets totally out of control / just like guitars you'll see musicians having racks of guitars and a lot of amps
I am not a hunter but rabbits and squirrels can be taken with a well placed 177 and it has a flatter trajectory / a .22 will have little more down range energy on impact but is more loopier depending on how far the shot is look up some videos etc see what others say
I would think the front sight with leaver hold clip could be pressed off, not sure what the diameter of that barrel is , it would have to be looked into to see what size it would be then some adapter made to go between the two sizes & it may be there's not enough but I do not know
Are underlevers any easier on the arm than a break barrel? I've been using my new 34 every day for a week & my arms are sore as heck. I'm looking at an umerax synergys when it comes out.
the diana 34 is mild compared to the bigger magnums out there, I suspect your hurting because you over did the shooting LOL , underlevers are not easier to cock they may be harder due to the leverage of the cocking arm verse a full length barrel. also with any springer it depends on the power it was made for or the power level it has been set up for as some guys will detune a rifle for better performance rather than the full power that others desire
Did you mean the 430 & 460 or 460 & 350 ? 460 obviously a underlever with a fixed barrel I would think power would be about the same as the 350. the 430 undeleaver is less power but a nice rifle
