Man,I have re-sectioned so many of those over the years.Alot are way oversized, and a trick is to add a potentiometer to manually lower the fire rate. Power Flame burners are pretty solid Good video

Getting finished with a tough job is it’s own rewarding experience.
Good video
That's a big beast momma. Always cool to see and work on something different. Nice job.
I enjoy your videos. Thanks for posting another one after a sabbatical :)
Wow, how big is this home to have this big of a boiler!? Miss your vidoes.
Flue is definitely too small for that boiler! Nice work Daniel!
Wow…such a gigantic boiler with a tiny flue pipe 🤷♂️🤦🏻♂️…no wonder there’s no draft. Fantastic job Daniel. 🏆🏆
Keep up the Strong 💪 Efforts, Daniel. Please keep Posting and you will Reach 10k. Thanks! 👍🙏
Excellent job.
Good job
Cut the handle off the brush. Hook it up to a cordless drill. Will make your work much easier
a clean boiler is a happy boiler. good job. how is your car running?
You got it quite nicely clean though! Commercial units are so different as this one shoots flame in from the side with the blower
Great job. Be careful with chemicals and also protect your knees.
Nice job!
Yeah that looks like it needs a 12" pipe holy smokes, or no smokes in this situation lol.

That’s just a little On-Off burner. A manual pot would only work on a full modulation burner. But completely agree that it’s probably oversized.
any idea what the btu's are on that monster?
I believe it was 2 million I don’t recall. He was unhappy with professional advise and decided to use a different company.
Home owner was there? That thing was sized for Arkham Asylum not a home :)
