    Cut the handle off the brush. Hook it up to a cordless drill. Will make your work much easier

    You got it quite nicely clean though! Commercial units are so different as this one shoots flame in from the side with the blower

    Man,I have re-sectioned so many of those over the years.Alot are way oversized,and a trick is to add a potentiometer to manually lower the fire rate. Power Flame burners are pretty solid Good video

      That’s just a little On-Off burner. A manual pot would only work on a full modulation burner. But completely agree that it’s probably oversized.

      I believe it was 2 million I don’t recall. He was unhappy with professional advise and decided to use a different company.

    What do you think of doing it like these guys? I think putting a catch pan in the burner area with small pump would make less of a mess for those guys.
