- On episode 351 of the Impaulsive podcast, Bobby Lee made one single joke that lead to a collapse in the relationship between Logan Paul, Mike Majlak and George Janko. But, the third host of Impaulsive never seems to survive, so was George Janko doomed from the get go?

Im with george here. What shaq did was so mean and direct and really affected George. Hes human too. Then paul and mike and bobby making matters worse especially the former two that are or were his friends really made the guy go through it. He was laughing through all of it but thats all he could do.
I think shaq thought he was cool but I think if George was in a possitve my set at that time he could have play it off more and start maybe making a joke out of it instead of giving sorry ass excuse but yea I think shaq did go lil hard on him like the second time I think shaq should have asked are you okay and be considered of him cuz u clearly insulted him the first time u confronted him

Shaq's a nice guy, but I think he got carried away there. Man's not perfect, but I don't think he's a legitimate bully, he was definitely annoyed at George's unprofessionalism though. Unfortunately George wasn't in a good state of mind at the time as well

A little roasting between friends is always fine, doing it non-stop all the time... they aren't your friends.
He genuinely didn’t do anything wrong. The problem was his toxic friends. Shaq was weirdly aggressive for his brand. Bobby was pushing it. Him leaving was unprofessional for sure but I don’t blame him.

George is the one friend in the group that constantly gets made fun of for no reason. And when he finally broke, Logan had the gaule to say he was lacking in emotional intelligence. Not to mention Bobby Lee insulting him the whole episode and everyone else just laughing at George. I completely understand his outburst
Nah Bobby did absolutely nothing wrong. He was busting his balls and trying to be funny he even genuinely felt bad when he realized George couldn’t handle the jokes AS A COMEDIAN that makes zero sense so that’s on George for being way too emotional and being selfish and ruining the moment that could have been fun if he just went along with it or at least brushed it off and kept his chin up
The thing with Bobby is that he thrive on banter type comedy, he was expecting George to roast him in return, whether it's racial joke or sexist joke all is fair game in Bobby's view point.

Bobby did nothing wrong. Bobby was completely correct and Shaq was also correct in stating that George was unprofessional. That podcast is his job. He’s not just sitting with friends, he’s creating entertainment. The reason he never had anything to say is because he never took it seriously, never prepped his material and questions, and therefore was left with blanks when it came to contributing on the show.
A bunch of "grown men" being immature and putting each other down for views. What's even crazier, people give them a platform to keep doing this by supporting their brands and viewing their content. What a time to be alive.
Three hosts is a dumb idea. It's a bad dynamic, everything turns into 2 vs 1.

Really interesting that Sunny chose the perspective of making Logan look like the good guy. Clearly neither Logan or George are perfect, but George was also obviously in an environment that wasn’t supportive of him and anything he did. He was definitely used as the punching bag in the podcast

The thing that stuck out the most for me is when shaq was criticizing him being quiet. Sometimes there just isn’t much to say. If you don’t have anything meaningful to say i’d rather you stay silent instead of saying some bullshit. Being quiet sometimes does not diminish your value, even on a podcast. He has things to talk about he just chose not to say anything for the betterment of the conversation, which I can respect.
Exactly! You said what needed to be said. I have been out with friends multiple times and they will start a conversation about something that I have no knowledge about. I usually sit quietly until I have something to add to the convo. But there's always someone to point out that I'm being quiet and it makes me feel worse

To be fair without Paul he wouldn’t have much of a career, so there are positives and negatives (obviously a lot more negatives though)

The reason why many guests felt comfortable disrespecting George was because Logan and Mike created that type of environment towards him. As soon as he would open his mouth they would ridicule him and then later question why he would hesitate to speak more. Also, I don't think that the guests were able to get under George's skin, but it was his friends' reactions and additional jokes alongside the guests' jokes that hurt him because coming from your own friends (from whom you expect loyalty) can hurt a lot. They were never laughing with him but at him...

Bobby Lee is also used to people that can take hard jokes. In his podcast with Andrew Santino they roast the shit out of each other but they can give and take jokes super well.

Logan making a comment on George's views is interesting considering George's platform has over 2 million followers in less than a year where Paul's platform took 5 years to get to 4.5 million. And George is by himself. I think George will be just fine.

George's behavior and facial expressions leading up to him walking off the Bobby Lee episode are so relatable. He's slowing reaching a boiling point, and something seemingly insignificant causes him to leave, despite him not letting the emotions pour out. He painfully smiles through it till he needs to exit. I've been there.

Mike did his best for George in the Bobby episode. I think he deserves some recognition for that. It was like he broke through Logan’s evil clown spell for a minute and could see clearly.
I feel like George was probably scared to talk half the time because he was probably afraid of being bullied, and not saying the “right things.” This is so unfair. True friends would have your back.
If that's the case, you shouldn't be a podcast host. That's all there is to it. What the fuck are you there for if you can't contribute, interject, or add humor?

Perhaps it was some sort of self-fulfilling prophecy wherein he would try to say something, fail miserably or not get the response he was looking for, internalize it, be afraid to speak up, be reprimanded for that, and repeat the cycle. Again, this is his fault for not realizing he isn't suited for that kind of work.
You can't be a podcast host without something to say, you can't be a comedian who can't take a joke, and you most definitely can't be a public figure who can't take criticism-whether it's justified or not.

He's (imo) a chill guy who likes to take jabs at people, and since his first interaction with George was witnessing his insecurity and ego, it makes sense for him to start roasting him. I wouldn't necessarily it's either George's or Bobby's fault the situation turned the way it did
Both things can be true, George can be mistreated but also not really be the right person for the job (unless he spends some time working on his interviewing skills). I think both sides of the issue handled things poorly.
This was a truly horribly done documentary. Trying to paint a picture and make your own narrative never works when it comes to telling stories and journalism, because people will always find out the truth. For the Bobby Lee instance, the guy basically SA’d George. Grabbed his head and made him smell his balls while also flashing his penis at him. You could clearly see that George was uncomfortable. At the start, George was very active in the podcast, I watched a lot of the episodes when he first came on and the year after and he was always responsive and talkative, but what is very noticeable is that the closer he got to Christ and decided to take his faith more serious, the less he talked, the less he had to say, and I believe, the less he cared. The whole instance with Shaq, Shaq was being incredibly rude and just being a jerk, and of course every time a guest jumped on George, Logan and Mike would immediately followed suit, that’s not friendship at all. Logan and Mike are loyal to the views and the entertainment industry. I think it’s pretty sad that almost every video I saw on George left out so many key details. The falling out between George and Impaulsive was clearly Logan attacking his faith and never showing signs of backing down. Now George is doing better than he ever has, and has seen the most success in his career. Please next time do a better job at painting an ACCURATE picture, and not the narrative that everyone else is saying and you just want to follow along. Do better.

The issue clearly wasn't the guests, but Logan. George wouldn't be so insecure if he had a real friend in Logan telling him he's doing fine. I've never met any of them, but George definitely didn't seem suited for that kind of environment. He definitely came off as insecure, although that could be partially because of comments the other two hosts made on and off the air.
The comments from his co-hosts were completely justified, George was making me angry the second he started talking. I was uncontrollably cringing when he said how he "loves the hate" after walking off his own podcast because of a joke. He's way too arrogant and makes the conversation about himself and not the guests. I don't blame him for leaving, not because of the comments but because he obviously wasn't suited for the job. Logan isn't a good person either of course, it's not a surprise his friends are just as arrogant and miserable to listen to.
Honestly, I thought Shaq was being more disrespectful than Bobby Lee. Bobby Lee made jokes, but Shaq straight up asked him "Why are you even here?" and "Been sitting here 30 minutes and that's all you got??". It wasn't Bobby Lee entirely.
