"Hooray, it's the Eminent Domain!"
(Shell barrages start ripping up friendly positions)
"Oh no! It's the Eminent Domain!"
Shout out to that Cascadian Marine who ordered to "Fix Bayonets" in the ground invasion
Seriously? Wow
Feels like a reference to ace combat 4’s operation bunker shot, where an ISAF soldier says that
US Civil War@@onyx9935
Where's your History AP
@@strider117aldo9 wait a minute are you Aldo from the PWcord?
@@onyx9935sup dude
0:48 Mercs have the air, we've got the ground! We're gonna make the Federation pay for Presidia!
So does that mean we’re gonna see our favorite schizophrenic, gaslighting final boss who makes Pasternak look tame?
A bit spoilers so be warned.
Crimson 1, 5, and 7 were in mission 1 of this DLC. This is mission 2. They were only mentioned. But you will receive assistance from Steel Squadron. They're another squadron of peacekeepers.
@@mill2712 given I don’t have a PS5, much less PSVR, I don’t exactly care about spoilers at the moment.
But thanks.
@ZKP314
Welcome!
Also, Captain Woodward and the Eminent Domain will be bombarding your ground forces.
@@mill2712 Of all the things I was expecting
Woodward being the Fed equivalent of Captain Torres…is honestly something that makes way too much sense.
@@mill2712 HARDER DADDY WOODWARD
Man, the Bunker Shot vibes were on point in that mission. Rainy D-day landing, except you're defending this time.
Wish they let you play as the A10
I love the choir in this mission. Really put the desperation of the situation into focus: You're not here to win, you're here to buy time.
when the automatons return in force and take cyberstan
so...Driver are Eagle 1 ! Make sense ! FOR LIBERTY !!!!!!!!
PROJECT WINGMAN IS FUCKING BACK!
0:55 - "Freedom" motif altered
1:29 - Hitman Ostinato
1:56 - The organs playing Crimson-1's theme (i think)
2:14 - An altered version of Monarch's theme (i think)
This is why i love the PW soundtrack because the motifs just tie together so nicely like a story. To be fair, this ost could just be used to tell the story of the entire cascadian conflict).
Props to you Jose Pavli!
My dude here here nerding out and I am here for it, I recognize a few of the themes, but not right away I had to listen to each a few times.
Its odd you know, hearing Hitman's and Monarch's Ostinatos even tho they not around. It's like their actions over the strait have inspired the cascadian forces and demoralised the federation forces so much that their presence can still be felt even if they not around.
@@thekingzhaul5914 I agree, it's odd but it makes sense.
@@thekingzhaul5914thats what i thought, hearing monarch's open skies in this makes you anxious he might appear
It’s also the reason the showdown leitmotif appears throughout this - Cascadia enjoyed their victory and moved on after the Straight, whilst the Federation felt it’s effects and kept it close in mind for the rest of the war.
Lol, hearing the antagonizing version of Cascadia's theme is great
so the release of the ost is how i find out about frontline-59
So basically we are the enemy in a war that they lost.
so this is the fed side?
@@JNJNRobin1337yep, reserve unit
and my reply is how you find out that it's only on PSVR2 (and maybe PSVR1 idk)
oh thats dissappointing
holy shit the modified version of the best part of Presidia
I couldn't have been the only one cheering when Cpt. Chad "Chad" Woodward showed up.
I would also cheer,
if I wasn't on the receiving end of the Eminent Domain's Broadside ☠️☠️☠️
And they say battleships are obsolete, not if you put them on freaking steroids
And they told me naval bombardments were ancient history!
@@harbour2118
The Eminent Domain is basically a larger Zumwalt when you think about it.
@@mill2712 ehhhh, kind of. although you could also say Yamato is basically a larger Fletcher.
If you freeze frame a fly by of the ship, she's got at least 5 triple barrel turrets, plus a pretty big VLS bay on top of the primary superstructure. Multiple secondary batteries are stuck to the sides of the superstructure.
*>*
The feeling when the Eminent Domain and Captain Woodward turns red like Galaxy.
2:30 gotta love that motif.
Isn't that one of the string leads from Kings, slowed down?
@@TheJoazzzprobably crimson 1 theme
@@Bruh-td7exI think this is Peacekeepers leitmotif since you can actually hear it in Peacekeeper 1 in the second half of the track
It sounds a lot like an altered version of the Frontline 59 leitmotif
I was pretty shocked to see K-9 protect crimson. But it made me wonder if this connect to a certain point of PW, when does Frontline 59 start in accordance to PW?
Between Cold War and Consequence of Power.
(Missions 11-16)
@@mill2712-coincidentally the dlc has 6 missions and the story spans inbetween 11 to 16 which is 6 different missions monarch does-
Nvm the 6 missions actually inbetween 11 to 15, 16 was wayback and it's post prospero, so one of the 6 missions were executed closely to one another inbetween

This song would fit so well with a JRPG boss battle
well, same with some of the other PW tracks
Especially World On Fire
"And they say naval bombardment were ancient history"
The escalation of conflict began between Cascadia and the Pacific Federation.
Fighting these overseas rebels should have been a milkrun... a damned pity those subversive anti-authoritarian movies were more powerful than expected so to inspire these traitors to the mainland.
Federation ground commander: "Mark time: 12 noon. Begin the defensive operations. Pax Federation."
Another god tier soundtrack. Really hitting out of the park with these Songs Jose!
WE'RE SO BACK!!!!!
Watching videos of the DLC playthrough after the main game and i COULD NOT believe how good it went just at mission 2. Literally 0-40- THEN 110%. Project Wingman has rightfully earned an honor on par with Project Aces. May this game have MANY titles in the future.
Christ, first Waffentrager: Hyperion's kickass theme and now a Project Wingman DLC/spinoff? Military gaming has some bops recently and I'm all for it!
The Last Waffentrager soundtrack always slams, but what I’m curious to hear is the new Mirny-13: Lost Hope soundtrack with the differing bosses and Immortal. WoT has been going ham with events and music recently and I’m loving every second of it.
@@TheStretch35 what the hell a wot fan here?! uh um-
Mirny? Yeah, kinda forgot the Immortal's got buddies now, oops. But yeah, THAT'S gonna be a treat or three!
@@ratte6090 Always will be and yeah it'll definitely be great I imagine as the conclusion to the trilogy of Mirny-13
Hell yeah!

LETS FUCKING GO. HES BACK FORMORE PW BOYS
i am not joking. This is a fucking masterpiece
Slaps
Pax Federation.
I’m getting a Calamity vibe, is it just me?
It's so sad that this is playstation only. I'm getting more and more pissed off at SONY from the soundtrack alone.
Damn I felt some conflicting emotions in this game being on the "other" side, and the ending makes me hate Crimson 1 and what he did even more.
Screw the Federation
Don't necessarily blame crimson for everything. He and his squadron was busy evacuating federation forces during Consequence of Power, but his stupid ass commander authorized the missile strikes. He then using what remaining stuff and his squadron fought what he believed started it at all, monarch. He saw his squadron die in a fucking cordium hell then himself possibly sustaining heavy injuries and mental scars. Doesn't justify what he did in presidia but how can you blame and insane man.
@@thevoid010 The guy had a huge god complex, he wanted to control his fellow cascadian's through fear. If anything he was a sneering imperialist who turned a blind eye to all the sketchy shit the federation did during the war, ignoring all the war crimes and probably justifying them with some skewed federation supremacist logic
@@tamamonomae7465 what in the actual fuck is a huge god complex? Also he is infact a peacekeeper and they're known to be the sketchiest "nationalists". You can never really trust them as they literally wage war more than peacekeeping. IMO the feds are using heavy propaganda, considering what AWACS Vita said. C1 ultimately was a super cascadian nationalist but aligned to the feds just like the one dude's brother in the eminent domain. I'm not defending him but just saying he ain't the literal cause of shit
