I placed my first order about two days after you (also in Toronto) however there was an error which meant the warehouse never received my order. I was kinda bummed because it was my first order and there was already an issue, but I understand mistakes happen. What I really am impressed with is that they upgraded my shipping and added $20 in credits to my account. I was not expecting anything but am definitely impressed with the customer service I received. I finally have my tracking number so I am eagerly awaiting my items! I purchased one of the kits with the concealer/boy brow/gen g lipsticks and a cloud paint (I think in dusk). I'm looking at maybe getting the lip balm and haloscope next! Also, I much prefer a gloss like the YSL tint-in-oil or tint-in-balm, so take this with a grain of salt.... but I feel kinda meh about the Gen G lipstick. I purchased the shade Zip because it looked quite unlike anything I own. And rawbeautykristi wore it in a video and I thought it looked stunning on her. However, I probably should have picked Cake or Like as they are more nude. Colour selection aside, I did find Zip slightly drying on my lips. And I don't even have dry lips! I can feel the lipstick on my lips if that makes sense. Its not uncomfortable or anything but I feel it. I don't get that feeling when I wear my Nars lipstick in Dolce Vita or my Mac x Sam Ravndhal. I still want to try it with a gloss on top and then also patted so its only a hint of colour on my lips. Would I buy again? Probably, just so I can try another shade. Zip shows up as a lovely raspberry-orange shade on me however I don't think it quite suites me. I'll keep playing around with it but so far the formula is not something I can see myself reaching for. I'm REALLY interested to hear what you have to say if you pick them up!

The only con is that it’s kinda drying in the sense that when you apply it, it wrinkles your lips during but not after. I totally suggest it! The con is worth it for all the pros!

Wilda Medrano I feel you! I am very oily on my nose especially and living in the Arizona desert I def have that year round ‘shine’ lol. I mix the glossier skin tint with a tiny bit of a high coverage Becca foundation and that gives it a luminous matte 😬 I set the t zone with just a bit of powder and that way I am glowing in all the right places. I do really like glossier.
i feel you! i'm probably not as oily as i used to be but i definitely understand the struggle. i still use more luminous makeup though, i just use a stronger setting powder for my oily zones. plus it's summer, so i feel like it's more socially acceptable to be extra glowy haha 😄✨
Tere Mertz I wonder if it would help to mix it, or use it over, a mineral sunscreen? I've found mineral sunscreens with zinc to be more drying and mattifying. Just a thought, I've not tried it.

All packaging in Canada must be bilingual if sold here. Also suspect the duties are more dutifully abided by either because it was recommended to glossier to be more diligent about it... maybe in part due to the current trade tension between the US and Canada.

I bought dark in both the stretch concealer and skin tint. for reference, i am around an NC35 (in MAC). other shade matches are: medium tan in it cosmetics CC, 6.5 in armani luminous silk, g+50 in coverfx power play, 2.1P/2.1Y in the ordinary foundation, and 3WO in Dior Face & Body
Tbh I think Glossier is too hyped up. The makeup isn't that good and you can go to the drugstore and get the same thing for way cheaper and probably better. It doesn't really look like you're wearing makeup, I know your look is supposed to be natural but why spend so much money on these products when you can get the same thing for cheaper? No hate.
I agree with that on some glossier products, but drugstore brands don’t have many good low coverage products (or that are at least advertised as low coverage)
They are great for natural makeup, like if you don’t like a full face. Personally I only use the boy brow and stretch concealer because I use other products to do the rest. The only other brow product I’ve liked as much is the benefit gimme brow and glossier is cheaper.
When I take off a face full of Glossier my skin is better than when i took it off. When i wear drugstore makeup i look like greasy after a few hours and when i take it off i can expect acne the next day. Glossier is only a little more expensive than drugstore makeup, lasts all day, and makes me glow. no hate.
Where in the drug store can I find a light coverage line that is dewy and luminescent? The closes thing I could find in the drugstore are BB creams, but many of them are very drying and irritates my skin...
The look is nice but for me all glossier makeup looks really not pigmented enough. I mean, a lot of cheap makeup has same pigmentation, so it would came natural. I just don't get the hype. Literally 'Cloud paints' are the cutest thing I've ever heard!

Glossier isn't for the girls who likes to look fake. If you dont like to wear alot of make up because you actually like your face, try glossier.. Glossier is good for small enhancements.
It depends on the viscosity for me. If it’s a very fluid base, like the Skin Tint, I find a brush or sponge soaks up a lot of product. It’s more efficient for me to use my hands, but it’s all personal preference.
agree, hardly any coverage at all... i probably won't do a full face of glossier often - the fun is incorporating a bit of the glossier girl look with other products i like to use. i've used most of the makeup (i.e. cloud paints and haloscope) over a more matter / medium coverage foundation and they still work great 💕
Just found you. New subbie😊 If anyone wants to try a skin tint but without that price tag, I found the skin tint by PeriPera (can order on Amazon) and it's quite nice. Only 2 shades though, light and lighter.

Ali ive tried the sample .. it’s nice and smells different from other overpowering “floral” perfumes but I honestly think £45 for a perfume is too much for what it is. It’s ashame they don’t do the mini sample anymore as I use it and it’s lasted for months ... they do do a solid for a lot cheaper so maybe that would be better to get first x

Glossier isn't for the girls who likes to look fake. If you dont like to wear alot of make up because you actually like your face, try glossier.. Glossier is good for small enhancements.
why do u blend ur foundation with ur hands? i would use a beauty bleander haha
It depends on the viscosity for me. If it’s a very fluid base, like the Skin Tint, I find a brush or sponge soaks up a lot of product. It’s more efficient for me to use my hands, but it’s all personal preference.

agree, hardly any coverage at all... i probably won't do a full face of glossier often - the fun is incorporating a bit of the glossier girl look with other products i like to use. i've used most of the makeup (i.e. cloud paints and haloscope) over a more matter / medium coverage foundation and they still work great 💕

Just found you. New subbie😊 If anyone wants to try a skin tint but without that price tag, I found the skin tint by PeriPera (can order on Amazon) and it's quite nice. Only 2 shades though, light and lighter.

Ali I have!! Tbh I lovvvveeee all glossier but not really this perfume!! Idk its just very strong and I feel like it kinda smells like an old lady!! Lol just my opinion most ppl love it
Ali ive tried the sample .. it’s nice and smells different from other overpowering “floral” perfumes but I honestly think £45 for a perfume is too much for what it is. It’s ashame they don’t do the mini sample anymore as I use it and it’s lasted for months ... they do do a solid for a lot cheaper so maybe that would be better to get first x
