It is a nice display but that price tag.... There's just no justifying a R28k monitor with an IPS panel and 400 nits of brightness.

It's a great screen. I have nothing to complain about in terms of its beautiful colors or build quality. But I bought mine two days ago and with the light off on a black background, it has a very high IPS Glow. Is it the same for you? Do you know if it has an impact on the colorimetry?

I have the 32 inch version yeah on certain colours you can see a cloudy wash from the bottom, kinda annoying, i dont see this as a HDR monitor really.

Hi, we received this screen last week and during connecting with Macbook the screen was very stretched. How do we configure this screen best with a Macbook Pro? Because the screen now is very stretched and not in ratio.. Thank you in avance!

Can you use this monitor for music production? Is this a flat-screen? If so, do you have this same model as a curve screen?

I’ve this monitor… nothing change when I set backlight in black settings… Is it the same for you? Also white colors tend to green in comparison to MacBook Pro M2 Max using HDR off.

I have been using this monitor for some months now. Here are some of the things most reviews seem to miss out:
- It takes about 10 seconds for the screen to wake up from sleep. To be clear, not when the computer is sleeping, but when the screen is sleeping. This is so annoying that I have started using a screen saver (for the first time in decades) to avoid the issue.
- When resuming from screen sleep the pixels are slightly more visible. You can see some dots across the screen.
- Slight Vignetting (corner shadowing). In my caste the top left corner. Not a big deal, but it might be worse on other panels.
- I cannot display my Samsung Galaxy S23 phone over USB-C. This is strange because ProArt Display PA329C can. DP over USB-C. It's also strange since it can display a PC screen over USB-C just fine.
- At least in my case the package included BOTH the C-clamp stand and the regular stand.

Great review. Thanks. By the way, who already purchased this monitor -> Does the package sealed with the original ASUS scotch tape or with a regular one? Need some guarantees that the monitor was not opened.

Usually all ASUS products have their tape. But I know some regions open up certain hardware to change plugs and add booklets. Might have been the case where they sealed with normal tape.

If I connect my laptop using the usb-c port, and I am using a wireless keyboard and mouse with the wireless usb connection plugged into the monitor will I be able to use that for the laptop?

The USB C port passes images and connectivity so the monitor's USB ports will become the laptop's ports. So basically yes.

This does not have 100% Adobe RGB as you state. I think it's about 94%.

I got mine in Australia about 1 week ago, I was told "End of September" but was happy to see it come out sooner. Haven't tried it properly yet as I'm waiting for the new computer, but it's definitely rolling out now
