Hey Bruno! I have an advise for you as for removing broken studs without a welder. What I do sometimes is try to spin a nut on the remaining threads, and then hammer down the end of the stud, so it squishes and doesn't let the nut to spin off anymore. Then it's just a matter of turning the nut by force, it will try to spin all the stud off. Cheers ☺
Another common problem with the, especially old nitrile rubber pipe from the DPF to the pressure sensor is cracks and/or splits. If it's leaking it won't register any pressure and testing it with an air gun won't reveal any splits or cracks either as the air goes straight through.👍🏻

Very sorry to bother you again but my throttle valve isn't closing 1.9 16 valve diesel with the charging pipe off I should see the valve close on switch off is this correct? Thanks
