“My father could have been a great comedian but he didn't believe that that was possible for him, and so he made a conservative choice. Instead, he got a safe job as an accountant and when I was 12 years old he was let go from that safe job, and our family had to do whatever we could to survive. I learned many great lessons from my father. Not the least of which was that: You can fail at what you don't want. So you might as well take a chance on doing what you love.” ― Jim Carrey

@Flatus Antiquitous he's an extremely successful comedian that's witnessed the truth via DMT. There are other people in other professions who pretty much say the same thing. Failing is part of the learning process. Continuing to fail at something you love rather than something you don't enjoy will lead you to where you actually want to end up. This thought process is more for 'dreamers' rather than 'sheep'

The fear of losing her and a potential future family caused me to self-doubt and I did not even try so they stopped my financial support. So choosing fear I lost it anyway. The point being its better to try and fail than not try at all. The same result will happen so chose to try.

Thanks for making the world a better place in your own way and for inspiring others to creatively use positivity and laughter to heal, expand our awareness, forgive (ourselves and others) and to face fear with eyes and ears open. I thought I was being strong by living life and not worrying about how unhappy I am. Just doing what I thought was the next practical choice. Living like this led me to such unhappiness, I gave up. Fear had led me to try ending my own life. When that did not work I started using drugs. For who ever this may help, I made choices and lived for fear. It almost led me to my own death. Today I try to make choices out of love for myself and the people around me. Scariest part about it, I didn’t realize how I was living my life until it was too late. I hope this helped someone. ❤️

We float through life instead of really thinking things through and making good decisions for ourselves. We just move through life aimlessly. And one day realize how truly unhappy we are with our lives and bad relationships etc. But the story doesn't have to end there no matter what age you are! I take each class at a time and try not to get over whelmed. I also tell my self that this time in 2 years or so i will have an associates degree. i know i can do it, hell i have to do it and quitting is not an option at all. sorry everyone i just wanted to share. thanks if you did read it.

An individual who understood the Law of Attraction at an early age. Practice it, believe in it and the Universe will give you what you constantly manifest in your mind-your dominate thoughts. I took that path disguised as practicality because that's what I was told constantly to do by my parents and high school teachers. I always felt something was missing in my life because I was never really content with my life even though I was "educated" with a Masters degree to boot with a good paying career. It wasn't until I started reading and listening to Napoleon Hill, Earl Nightingale and a slew of others that there isn't anything 'ridiculous' in this world that you can't achieve as mentioned by Jim Carrey in this clip. I practice Law of Attraction everyday and it works because I believe in it. I'm moving toward a career I actually want to do and enjoy that seemed 'ridiculous' some thirty years ago. To paraphrase Bob Proctor-Those that play it safe (taking the path of practicality) never really live. Man, you're the surest bet out there so why not bet on yourself?

@@caroleehubbard8380 Thanks for responding Carolee. I actually don't tell anyone that I practice Law of Vibration/ Law of Attraction because too many people will just treat it as voodoo stuff and tell me that I'm nuts or just off my rocker which is the exact opposite of what we want--we want positive thoughts and positive energy coming in our way. I agree with you about it being "like" religion and I, too, understand why but I treat it differently and leave the two alone as separate entities. It is truly amazing as you have put it and realized after I took it and accepted it that most of my life has been exactly that; Law of Attraction. Anything I've ever wanted I eventually manifested--but that meant the bad as well. Yes, in terms of the good stuff I get a lot of "you're always so lucky", "you were born under a lucky star", things like that. I never attributed it as wanting something bad enough and keeping thinking that I wanted it until it came about to Law of Attraction because I didn't know the the term yet. But once I "found" Law of Attraction and these "coincidences" started happening that I knew I was onto something good. So I read up on it and looked at various people on the 'Net and realized it works and has been working; also, started tossing the negative vibes away. What I didn't know which I know now and am putting into the practice is that the mind knows no limits--so let your dominate thoughts be as wild as you can imagine--you'll get it. You are proof! Five houses!!!! Many moons ago I'm sure even you thought that would've been wildly crazy. Kudos to you and all that know this and use it; it truly is a wonderful journey--and the best part---you get what you actually want:))))
