Are any of these rules differant in family court in New Hampshire? I was trying to research state law to request a sanction in federal civil rule 11, I apparently only stated federal not state rule at my last hearing.

From Ontario Canada 🇨🇦, separating from my narc husband, currently going through court proceedings. He refuses to sell me the matrimonial home for my 5 year old son and I to live. But the housing crisis here is horrible. I feel he’s trying to take away my options to have a safe home for a child. Subjecting him to a life of instability. How can I convince him that this is for the best interest of the child and not about my monetary gain. If we have to leave this house it’s inevitable that we will be in a one bedroom basement apartment, and likely not in a good part of town. I’m so scared.

Wow, your comment is simple and so TRUE! I have a trial April 2nd the Judge promised me this is the last day for an 11 year battle! I wasn’t a senior citizen when this started! No attorney, I have as much evidence as I could get. It is up to God to speak to this Judge now. The good news, no children, only physical possessions. So, I will be thankful it is over and the NARC has no power over me.
You sure are right. You have to find the toughest roughest part of yourself and pound it out to the Narcissist. My mom is 83 and fighting a Narc in North Carolina. and going to court alone and got a no contact order and search warrant of Narcs house while legally blind and severe hearing loss. After 2 years, 11 court sessions I got custody of my daughter, everyone involved was told by the judge if anyone tries to stop me seeing my younger daughter they will be arrested, it can be done but you have to hang in there

Everything you speak to is something I have experienced in my divorce from my narcissist husband, which is now surpassing the year long mark, and promising to "keep on giving". He has also been taking Adderall, and has demonstrated psychotic behavior. I'm just very thankful there are no kids to contend with in my divorce. Having friends, family and even other attorneys discount my claims on the hell a narcissist can conjure, and who assume I'm just obsessed with labeling him, instead of trying to understand how in the hell I can deal with him, without losing my own sanity has been very hurtful and challenging. Your videos and advice have been so valuable for me from a logistical and emotional standpoint. Thank you for sharing so unselfishly!

Your tip about filing a motion as soon as he violates the order is gold. I've been documenting & collecting police reports, etc. We have a communications order that he consistently violates. Our last incident, he withheld the kids for 6 days. I had the DA call him. The DA said that if he charged him,, he would only get a misdemeanor citation. So, I'm finally gonna take him back to court it'll be our 4th or 5th time going back. I want my kids to have a relationship with him as they love him and I believe that he loves them. Unfortunately, he loves his hate, anger, and resentment towards me more. Any tips for me, when I go back to court?
I’m ready. He took out credit cards in my name and I had no idea. He ran them up to the limit and over. The credit card company told me I could file fraud charges even if he is my husband.
Mine bm did the same she actually told me she used my social to get more money but the card is in her name found out it was in my name and they sent two cards only one that was ever activated was her
Once I stumbled onto one of the spreadsheets my highly narcissistic father kept on co-workers and associates. He had all kinds of information, name, addresses, likes, information he could use against them, family members, and so on.
When think of taking a highly narcissistic person into court, you need to realized they have been building a case against you since day one. As such, you MUST carefully document everything you can and get any documents or statements from others in writing.
I am done everyone tells us all to just walk away. Well I heard a couple people say if we don't stand up this will never become a chargeable crime. I am going to stand up for me all before me and most of all try to help those after it is time to stand up for the abused people that have been hurt and suffer as much as I have and still do.wish me luck and know this is for all as much as me
Can you do a video on a narcissist spouse being ordered to take a psych evaluation? Do judges take them seriously? Can a narcissist fake it? Any experience with this?
I was able to get one but it was incredibly hard. First step we were sent to mediation. I insisted on separate interviews. Our stories were so different they gave him 30/60 visitation. I knew he was in a prolonged psychosis from narcissistic collapse but the court, understandably, doesn’t just take either of us at our word alone. However his behavior was erratic, impulsive and dangerous so I had a TRO in place for me and our 3 younger children. Our oldest, who’d just turned 18 had her own retraining order. Ex’s behavior became more erratic and I constantly pushed for a psychiatric evaluation, for the safety of the kids. He’d managed to charm the hired visitation supervisor to the point that she CRIED to the judge about the “injustices being done to this amazing father” 🤢
At this point the judge ordered separate children’s council and appointed a lawyer for my minor children to represent them neutrally. She was a gift from God!! Saw right through the path-narc. She ordered a psych eval for the whole family. The judge limited visitation to 13/87 until completed. It took a long time to complete because ex delayed payment to the Psd for 4 months.
But having it gave me my children and my power back in countless ways.

If there are children involved, get a court ordered custody evaluation. The evaluator will use their own psychologist or what not for the evaluation.
If it is just ordered that they go, both you and them will be able to pick your choice of place and the narc will doctor shop island I've seen them pay for a clean eval.
No, a narc can't fake it enough to get past an in depth evaluation. Ideally you both go to the same evaluator and you provide them with a binder if evidence.

Rebecca Zung what do I do when it’s also my own daughter. I’m going to have to prepare for serious emotional pain because I know what’s about to happen. I’m not going to let anyone do that to me again. Not even my own daughter. I need help in this case. I’m totally in shock she can’t see beyond her selfishness. I just don’t have the strength and energy after my 8 yr relationship with only 2 mo ago I became aware of who he really was. I’m alone and still in shock and it’s like a death to me. My daughter just kicked it into 3rd gear for me.

I'm trying to clean up the mess the narcissist made from federal court to family court & state court .
My narcissistic ex's lawyer is a narcissistic.. this is soooo what I'm going through... contempt of 5 court orders, no accountability, 9 years.. I consider this physiological abuse... all those filings are more costs I can't afford... another one of their tricks
I do have full custody of my 16 year old autistic son. We split in 2012 and things got worse as he manipulated my son. Despite being on disability when I left I got back to work and paid for divorce myself. Joint custody meant me continuing to do everything, compensate for him, change jobs, reduce hours, lost jobs due to constant needs of my son, and trying to overcome constant counterparenting and manipulation while being traumatized. Eventually the Marc was lax enough that my son got in trouble on his watch and CPS stepped in. They took over and got full custody but because I allowed unsupervised visits tge brainwashing of my kid and abuse by proxy has continued. I have to file for modification of visitation again and stop giving him any wiggle room to ruin my relationship with my son and harming my son. My son now treats me just like his father did. To turn him around I have to put him in short term residential (which dad also tried to stop by telling my son he was cancelling insurance) while I file for no contact and he can be immersed in therapy. Moral- don’t be nice. You will lose your children even with full custody if the narc has access to their minds.

Thank you for pointing out how hard it is for empaths to be hard on the narcissist. As much as he put me through I actually felt bad for him when the judge was coming down on him. My attorney even noticed and was asking me after court why was I feeling bad for him.
2 years? Hah. Been dealing with this crap for 7 years post divorce, 60+ instances of false allegations, she's never follows court orders, and now she's said the magic words and I only see my kids an hour a week if I pay their extortion fees. There's no such thing as justice for fathers.
Once again, I wish I had learned all of this before going to court to get restraining orders and finally divorcing the narc.

Well just yesterday at court for my motion to enforce parent plan the judge punished me for not coparenting! And ordered us a parenting seminar! And ordered us to write an essay reflecting on how we contribute to our conflict!My ex was breaking the timesharing schedule for 4 months by not returning daughter in the morning to me like he’s supposed to! Manipulating his way out of it!

I am about to take a narcissist to court for stop paying her rent as I was the co-signer. This is dreadful knowing that she will tried to win and make things up. We don’t have a formal repayment contract but lots of text and email confirmations. Wish me luck!
I found an attorney who is a financial bulldog but he doesnt want to hear the drama. He said if he listens to the drama, it will cost more money. Nobody cares. Court’s only interest is division of property. Is this a bad move to use this atty? Im ready

No attorney wants to read through reams of texts and emails and transcribed conversations. That's the job of a therapist. Get a custody study.

Thanks for your content, it is very informative and fills a niche that thankfully most people don’t experience. I am in a legal battle with someone that was just a platonic friend and not a spouse by any stretch of the imagination. I rented this friend my house with an option to purchase. She could not fulfill her obligation so I proceeded to try and evict her. She then filed a family law claim that I was her spouse. After 1 1/2 years the claim was discontinued with costs to me as her claim was based on lies. She then filed a civil claim for breach of contract which is also based on lies and easily disproved. All the while the Rental Tenancy Board refuses to grant me an order of possession because it is in front of the Supreme Court. It will realistically take another 6 months to a year to remove her from my house legally.
In the meantime she owes me tens of thousands of dollars which I am resigned to the fact I will never collect. I truly believe the laws are created to protect the weak and vulnerable but has the potential to be abusive from fear of a judge that is too terrified to call someone out for fear of repercussions of stepping on someones rights.
Now I m becoming readier by watching videos on this issue...
Prayed on my next steps after my STBX covert narc has now let two Friday’s pass without giving a cent to what was ordered from the order to show cause- and this video popped in my email! Talk about divine direction! Will be telling my attorney to file a motion of contempt tomorrow- thank you 🙏
@Paul Foxworthee not sure why you say it’s “gotcha litigation” if I’ve been peacefully asking (texts politely asking as per our agreement when he left me and our boys, requests from Chase zelle) for support from July 2020 - September 2020. After September he wrote back via text, “not sure what to tell you- you went back on everything so my attorney will speak to you next week”. It took from October to December for us to get a court date via video conference and in early December, he was ordered to pay. It’s now inching towards the end of January and he no longer picks up calls to his own attorney. Not sure how much more person can be in contempt if his own counsel isn’t Abe to get through and he’s pretending his whole past doesn’t exist 🤷♀️. I’m on this channel for a reason- I feel very badly for the men who are on the opposite side of this battle because they aren’t treated fairly or with kindness but I’m not that same woman who does “gotchya” moves. I am like the ultimate patient “stupid” woman who believed he only needed forgiveness and extra love for 18 years to then be dumped so nonchalantly when he knew he handled our house payment- so he doesn’t know or care of I’m hanging by a thread financially 😣
Hopefully it’ll be apparent to the courts in 2 weeks, I did all that I could before I request they just garnish

So your motions for Show Cause for Contempt are just getting dismissed? You've got to have evidence and exhibits that prove why they are in contempt.
She’s supposed to send me weekly videos and has stopped for 2 months, I filed motion for enforcement but nothing happened by court, my county has a bad judge.

Claiming duress in our custody agreement because I had primary custody and now he has 57% to get child support, but hule owes 50k in child support. He did it during the pandemic and I was scared I’d lose my son so I signed but I confused plaintiff and defendant. I miss my so. So much :( dad was absent for 7 years.
The one I am dealing with every time we end up in the courtroom just goes off into random made-up nonsense that sounds relevant, if you have no knowledge of the situation we are there for, but has nothing to do with anything let alone with why we are there.
My Lawyer will point out a hard fact of why we are there and need the judges ruling on and then they get on the stand and just makes up random nonsense that drags the discussion off into nowhere land. The judge will then ask my lawyer/me for a rebuttal but we have none because we have no clue how to reply to a 5-minute run of completely made-up random nonsense that doesn't really address anything.
All it does is just leave everything hanging in limbo and make more work for us to have to go through and disprove for the irrelevant nonsense it is and waste more of my time and money building more evidence against them that feels a lot like it will never get looked at in the next run through the courtroom anyway.
They never bring anything real to the courtroom, just empty claims of having all this evidence that proves me wrong that never shows up ever (Because it does not exist.) backed by excuses for why they could not bring it in that day and that leads into the endless nonsensical made up stuff that drags the day's meetings into nonsense land and way from why we are there.

As a divorced father, just know this - a female judge will never rule against a mother. A mother will be allowed to do just about anything - clean out the bank account, hide assests, take what she wants. The judge will say " it's for the children". Trust me, I know this first hand. As a man, keep your money and reduce your layer bills. The lawyers won't this

Tax documents confirmed she made less than $35k and he made more than $200k. But he "lost" his corporate piloting job that was on the books, and claimed he made exactly $0. He's probably flying rich people around and getting paid under the table. That's what he's done in the past as an independent contractor. Her lawyer said she knows his type and, "He will won't pay alimony". He'd rather go to jail than see her win. I could write so much more about how petty and narcissistic he is. How he's hurt my husband emotionally and physically. Maybe I just need to vent somewhere. There's a lot of anger here on the East Coast, and he's in Napa living it up. I'm honestly afraid he'd hire a hitman.
How can they get away with sitting in court waiting on the judge. The narcissist calling the defendant names while both lawyers just sits there. And when the judge comes out the lawyers acts like nothing happened. Can something be done to the lawyers. My daughters ex got away with everything

I'm a 67 disabled woman living next door to my narcissist sister and brother in law. He actually pulled his penis out and played with himself looking right at me behind my sister's back until I yelled his name. My sister is so oblivious to him. She's all about herself. I've gone no contact and will never step into their home again. Sickos. I have been trying to think of anything to do to let them know I will fight back. They've already turned my family against me. (I have another sister) It's despicable. I may call adult protective services to report elder abuse. I just want them to leave me alone.
He has through me out of the marital hm.Got Doctors slandering me in medical records I'm homeless,and we are still legally married,and he work at a hospital. I'm ready to take him down ,and who who ever else helping him to commit the crimes,and fraudulent acts that they have caused me for false arrests, and the conspiracy to commit the crimes that did,that caused me bodily injuries for life.

Is there ever a time in a court proceeding in which an atty can say outright to a judge that (U believe, as a atty) that the case is involving a narcissist?

Do you just have to 'dance' around the issue and never mention it?
Personally, I've talked to 2 other people about this question: 1 psychologist, and 1(aged)-retired atty. The psychologist thought mentioning something like this even in the (safety) of a court setting could be "dangerous with repercussions". The retired atty's view was that he didn't think such an argument would work unless, the purported n had been formally diagnosed which, as we both know almost never happens b/c the narcissists never go in for treatment!!
What's your 'take' on the matter...what are your thoughts?

It’s not wise to call them out as a Narc
It IS WISE to simply explain and document their behaviour.
Lies and any other terrible behaviours are what you want evidence of and document. That is the stuff that’s provable and not tolerated by judges.
So just call out all the bad behavior - instead of just claiming they are a Narc.
People that have cluster b personalities only can be brought up if they have had an official diagnosis.

Judge found ex in four contempts, should of been five, no penalties. Dates are wrong, support amount along others are wrong, many things r wrong on final judgement. I filed for appeal. Am scared. He took me to court for contempt and no contempt was found. Can he be sanctioned for falsely filing. Man am exhausted! He like putting me down in front of judge. I didn't care. I need your help! The opposing attorney is a narcissist representing my ex husband who has same tendencies. I was married for 6 months to him and he is suing for defamation and filed an adversary proceeding when I filed bankruptcy. I have a protection order hearing as well stemming from a domestic battery by him. Both attorneys representing him are manipulating the state and federal courts to use discovery from both to corner me. I don’t have kids with him. I’m terrified I’m not being represented well and don’t have a different option for this particular proceeding in the adversary case.

In Elder Abuse Court Hearing today the Defendant perjured herself. No surprise, right? I was not able to present enough evidence as my ace in the hole got anxiety and went blank.
I am still taking the person with narc traits (I can't diagnosis. 'Only speculate'.) to Small Claims court. That case is totally related.
Any ideas, please?

mom have moved out of the state with my child we have a custody order in place . She move three years ago . the mom have been continuously violating court order . the court have been ignoring my complain and enabling the mom . now after there years the judge has order the case to be move to the state where the child is living. My question Is does the current court order and complain of contempt of court order stay in place or do I have to start all over again.🤨
It was like pulling teeth to get his check stubs and I never received his monthly living expenses I fired my attorney hopefully the new attorney will get him sanctioned.
