just seeing de_prodigy and estate almost made me tear up from remembering the good old days of cs 1.6. Just the countless hours of playing 3v3 or 5v5 with a bunch of friends, such a blast!
Oh yes, the good old days ^^. a good prodigy reamke for GO would be amazing!

Why are you surprised? Both game are great, if you could balance between casual (CSO2) and competitive(CSGO) scenes.

Nader Sunna If you're referring to CSO2, it is updated at least once a month. GO hardly does that due to balance reasons I believe.

Cso2 estate looks amazing
Cs_estate from 1.6 has such a unique color palette, as well as the combinations, with the large green front lawn and red brick house with the darkish blue sky and yellow light. I mean, cmon, way better than the bland source engine remake where everything is just gray.
the maps that has hostages can BE transformed in bomb ones like this: the hostage have a bomb vest on them, the terrorist have to spawn somewhere at equal distances like the CT (i think the maps should have some extend spawn locations ) from the hostage and after the planted vest on hostage ct should defuse it.
there is a workshop map call 'cs_manor' on the csgo workshop, it's a remake version of the cs_estate/cs_mansion. In my opinion, this map is awesome, you should definitely go check it out

wait a minute CS:O2 is made in the source engine....that means if anyone finds the map bsp's he could port them to CS:GO !
Indeed! But you need to find a tool to unpack the game files of CS:O2, they are packed in a very unusual format.
Unfortunately Nexon securely encrypts their files, making them a lil difficult to deal with.
I just unpacked the map de_dust2 and boxes are missing sky is missing, b site is missing ( no floor ) so i gave up :p
Hunger-Games MC Player just find the Props, textures and also unpack them.(Even if you are not able to find them or are to lazy, could you at least pack the files into a rar. and upload them into the internet)

Trust me, it's not as bad as many pessimists say. You'd get the hang of it pretty quick.
In my opinion, when playing CS:O2, I thought that its graphics were better than Global Offensive's.
i think that they should've added more details in the rooms and hallways since they look really barren, but the maps are pretty aesthetically pleasing

Btw. AEK doesn't have anything to do with Kalashnikov rifles. It was designed by different people.

If you find a way to unpack the game files I assume yes, but so far I haven't got a tool to do that.

Best looking and playing version of Estate out there. It has been expanded and added a few things to make CT strategies more diverse. I'm pretty sure Rainbow Six Siege would envy the map for it's design.

Randomly Ryan Not because it wasn't licensed, but because the game failed in China. It wasn't really popular and barely beat their country's no.1 FPS online game, which is CrossFire. CSO and the further additions (Nexon Zombies and this one) are all licensed by Valve already.
