Nice little set you can use for warming up in your training session. You can practice kicks from the crossed front guard, while your partner trains blocks and gets used to taking a hit in the body. You can do it with agreement at first, to practice the technique of the kicks, and balance, and to learn how to take a hit, later you can try it randomly. - Розваги
