Pound cake were the first cake we learned to cook, in my day we didn’t use the cream cheese but I have used it in my later years of baking is been around for many years the 1800 I think, I love pound cakes it is an easy and most delicious cake as you can see, our sister Carrie is a great baker and I have learned many good tips that I can’t wait to use. I really like your technique. One thing I did differently was I added 1tsp baking powder. Big mistake. My cake overflowed. Also I didn't add milk which I will do next cake. Love your technique 👌
