Episode 1 - Cream Cheese Pound Cake

Today we are going to be preparing our home-made Cream Cheese Pound Cake.
Before we get started, should you want to get your items ready, here's what you will need to prepare:
*Pre-heat your oven at 325 Degrees*
1 Bundt Cake Pan
Ingredients:
1 Can of Non-Stick Spray (Bakers Joy)
1 1/2 Cup of Unsalted Butter (Land O Lakes)
8 oz. of Cream Cheese (Philadelphia)
2 Cups of Granulated Sugar
1/3 Cup of Sour Cream (Daisy)
2 tsp of Vanilla Extract (McCormick)
6 Large Eggs
3 Cups of Cake Flour (Pillsbury Softasilk)
1/2 tsp of Baking Powder (Clabber Girl)
1/8 tsp of salt

Okay how did I miss the flour? I saw the butter, sugar, eggs, sour cream and flavoring but I didn't view hoe you added the flour. I'm certain you did but it didn't record or at least I didn't see it. Looks great though!! Thanks for sharing your gift!
I missed the addition of the flour also. It went from adding the 6 eggs to pouring the batter into the pan.

Omg. . Best cream cheese pound cake recipe ever first time trying it with the 1/3cup of sour cream now this is my staple cream cheese pound cake 🎂.. I also added 1tsp of almond extract... YUMMY YUMMY 😋
This recipe is awesome I tried the 1/3 cup of sour cream and now I've been doing it this way for about 1 year! It really does add the extra moistness.. it's so delicious I love pure vanilla so I add about 2 Tablespoons to my cakes. I really like to taste the Vanilla!
Hello Miss lady my Mother told me and my 4 sisters to always crack an egg in to a dish just in case the egg wasn't good .that way you don't have to toss out the mixture from one bad egg. I will be baking and use your recipe thank you for sharing be blessed stay safe

Eggs should always be cracked into a separate cup than put into a bowl, than poured into the batter one at a time, you don't want a rotten egg in your mixture, or You have to throw out the batter,an start all over again.
Just like not knowing the difference between Butter n margarine, when You know Better, You do Better.

You should break eggs in a separate bowl in case a bad egg then the whole mix is bad

Did I miss something??? In the video, I didn't see where she added the cake flour, baking powder, and salt. I'm sure the cake is good but the video wasn't complete 😕
