This is a studio mixer that acts as a DAW (digital audio workstation) controller, and the official product name is PreSonus StudioLive SX32 Mixer.
The StudioLive 32SX is the ideal little 32-channel digital mixing solution because it has all of the processing power, studio-grade audio quality, and customizable routing choices that made StudioLive mixers renowned. The StudioLive 32SX digital mixer, which is powered by the dual-core PreSonus FLEX DSP Engine, has 40 mixing channels, 26 mix buses, and 286 simultaneous processors, as well as 4 stereo reverberation systems and Fat Channel plug-in models on every input and mix.
The StudioLive 32SX is the perfect choice for any mixing setting where desk space is at a premium due to its low profile. The split-fader approach gives you access to your mix outputs on eight additional faders while allowing you to control 32 input channels in two fader layers. By introducing drag-and-drop simplicity to typical mixing and production tasks, Studio One changed music recording. Preamp level control and other features can be managed directly from the Studio One software console thanks to tight integration with StudioLive 32SX digital mixers. Your Studio One controls on your digital mixer are immediately accessible when you press the DAW button on your StudioLive 32SX. You can easily switch between your live mix and your production mix with the push of a button by turning on and off Studio One control. The StudioLive 32SX comes with Studio One Artist, allowing you to start recording right away.
