Dalek HQ is Actually Toxic

- This video was created directly in response to Dalek HQ’s public attack against Destination Skaro (me). We did not take their attacks lightly which is why you are currently watching this video. Almost everything you see in this video is directly sourced from the Dalek HQ discord server. Dalek HQ has a history of major toxicity and misinformation. Almost all of it comes straight from the people who own and run it.
As someone that was a part of the Dalek HQ and was HR and avatar creator, this is scarily accurate to what they be up to now.
For the past few years I have been absent for most of it, but word gets around, and I even have conversations with Prime Stabby sometimes.
None of the stuff I made that they used is origenaly sourced from Dalek HQ and was never properly credited. I doubt this has changed despite what they would say.
I have heard many stories of many discord communities that have been shut down because of them.
I use to be best friends with all of the HR, and It is honestly a shame to see how far they have drifted from there original vision.
If any of my old friends read this, I hope you see the monster you guys have become.

Didn't you get demoted from HR of Dalek HQ because you were incredibly toxic to one of the current main avatar creators and other HR and tried to control what he made, causing arguments if he was asked to make things instead of you, and instead of celebrating and supporting his growing skill, instead chose to get jealous and cause drama.

Such a shame that this has to happen. I can’t say I’ve ever been apart of dalek Hq, I was always weary of it’s toxicity, but it’s really upsetting seeing this. When a groups falls off and crumbles it is upsetting.
It’s a badly kept secret that Dalek HQ kinda sucks.

@@ltsi1294 outside of that as someone who’s not been apart of HQ and sees that they keep getting into drama, they do come off as quite a bad group. I’ve seen quite a few people now who don’t like them. The evidence shown here of a HR saying the F slur while it might be in a jokey banter sense, it can come off as really unwelcoming and bad to outsiders who aren’t in the group, even when in group context that is really unprofessional

I honestly really liked watching your content before this. One of your videos even inspired me to make a figure based upon it!
But of course, good things have to come to an end.
I've been there since the end of 2021 and I've gotten along with lots of the members! Now of course, I don't play VRC as much now since I've just graduated and I'm now looking towards the future, but I still interact with the group! There are lots of members that are actually fun to play with!
Hopefully one day that bridge can be made. And we can move on with our lives.

Edit: With those images you show in the video... Yes, I do agree it goes overboard at points. But in all honesty, this is basically the internet nowadays.

That’s because of how there are quite a few people in the server who post train related memes, videos, etc.
He does get annoyed by them at points, so he put that as a joke next to his same.
1:48 After joining the server it always seemed off like something was wrong with it.

@@Yourd4d granted, they haven't actually killed or openly attacked anybody. (at least, to my knowledge) but it's still a little concerning that some of their members (most of them being the HR btw) spread hate speech to their community and excuse it as "free speech". Just sounds a little strange.

speaking of which, the fact that they're open about that stuff in the first place (and the fact that there are literally hundreds of discord messages, and evidence I've HEARD them say AUDIBLY IN FRONT of me, where they express this) definitely solidifies them as spreading hate speech. Which, yes indeed, does classify them as a hate group.
They're just one step away from becoming the next "gmod1940's rp" group again lol.
Ive barely associated with dalekHQ (mostly because I just dont really care for vrchat stuff that much anymore), but, I have never realized they were this terrible.
I am friends with the person named Jakerod in this video, and it really hurts to see people say things about him. He is innocent, and, (I think tho I am not 100% certain) may have a disability. He does not deserve this.

@@PrivariteAnimations Well, selling T-Shirts with a stolen logo, with a stolen font, utilizing an IP that they don't own, tends to be classified as bootlegging. Which is illegal.
Edit: As well as that, making people pay for avatars based on an IP that they do not own is in itself copyright infringement, If it was all for free, there'd be no problem, but since not. That's illegal.
Also, harassing other Doctor Who communities to keep Dalek avatars all to themselves and maximise profits is a form of monopolising. That's illegal.

This section is 100% out of context and is in here simply to spar up more hate against the Dalek HQ, allow me to explain:
This tweet that the Prydonian made is still up and claims that the Dalek HQ stole the dalek designs for the Deathsquad daleks, after which the Dalek HQ Twitter account responded a bit unprofessionally I will admit.
But the one part which you so conveniently left out of your video was the section where James Johnson the Prydonian themselves made a follow up comment to their tweet, where they specifically clarified that after further talks with HQ members, the designs were NOT STOLEN. Therefore this section of the video which you highlighted is out of context and invalid.
It was however a scummy move for Pry to make a follow up COMMENT instead of a full tweet, especially when they're accusing theft.
But the point stands, this part of the video is incorrect and out of context
Do your research, only present the hard facts, do better.
Actually the Prydonian said "They didn't steal any of my actual 3D Dalek models for clarification." as well as that in that same comment they wrote that HQ would provide credit to any pre existing designs of his which I showed in the video they failed to do. The Prydonian also said in the very first tweet "they've been telling people that they have said I have given permission for this which is very much not the case" Meaning Dalek HQ has been lying about having permission to begin with.

Just because someone might lie or there are other issues with said credit doesn't mean you can omit the information.

They still falsely told people they had permission to do a design they didn't have permission for, and they still fail to credit the original artist. This extra tweet does not change the points that have been made. The tweet only gave clarification to those who may not realize this is about theft of a design not mesh. Which in this video we did not claim was the case. In fact we even state it relates to the designs. There is no exaggeration nor false information in what we shared.

You are correct, that was before Destination Skaro existed and was actually sent when DalekHQ was made. We included it because we found it ironic that he said that considering everything we've seen and heard. Only 3 memes were included within the video, I do agree that memes are supposed to be funny but it's a bit questionable since those used as examples go against their own rules.

i attempted to make a cyberman group for just fun and they took action first banning me. i appealed and won against it being unbanned. they then changed their rules and wanted to do an agreement contract. for me to follow so my group could stay up. in the end i just deleted the server and havent really made an appearence or contact to the hq since. they see all doctor who servers in vrc as rivel servers and feel like they have to take action.

Lets just cut out the part where members of the community kept advertising their cyberman group in the HQ which set up tensions during a mutually beneficial agreement that YOU AGREED TO. With no threat of attack or removal at all. Yeah totally gotta keep up the victim look. Great idea.
We made an agreement simply to allow you to use our assets in exchange for our discord banner in your group, which we then changed to our ability to use the avatars your group would make for HQ lore events, and we would aid you when you started doing events. And we even planned to do Cybermen vs Daleks events. However, these events never happened. Nearly a year of no events happening.
We never dictated that your group would be taken down. As if we have the authority to do that. Spreading lies is not cool. Be better.
