i think that's at the end of a race type of minigame where you have to punch a player (bot with a player skin) to finish, they usually have skins of youtubers or famous minecrafters even if they aren't in the event
yeah its To Get To The Other Side And Whack A Fan in mcc at the end of the parkour theres a pit with the skin of one of the fans. I'm not entirely sure how peoples skins get added in there. I think it has something to do with the MCC Island server thats on Java.

It's because 1.17 added tuff and 1.20 is adding chiseled tuff blocks, therefore rounding out the feature and completing the update. Also it adds copper lamps and copper has been seriously low on uses since introduction.
