CORRECTION FOR NUMBERS AT THE END: I confused poison amounts with white pikmin numbers. Everything needs to be multiplied up. So 50 is 500, 100 is 1,000, and 1,400 is 140,000. Sorry for that confusion everyone!!!

If it's like how he eats Takis, he'd win.
This theory made White Pikmin even more cute than mysterious, they could be made from leftover natural gas / oil substance by the ancient people, or even other Pikmin also consumed chemicals (maybe proteins, metals etc.) to develop themselves into Pikmin types we know today
They also can spit out an acid that eats through metal in SECONDS. The poison wouldn't kill you, THE ACID WOULD.
I don't consider the short films cannon, that's why I didn't mention that here.
We can actually roughly calculate the Sirehound weight using a Sovereign Emporer and whites. It takes roughly half of a Sovereigns woeght in whites to kill it. And since the Sirehound can take 20 and considering the possibility of the Sirehound having a stronger immune system. Couple that with rounding out some numbers for gameplay reasons and we can say that the Sirehound probably wighs 45 Pikmin!

It has been 3 weeks since I last ate a Pikmin, ON MY HONOR, or I'll be chopped up and made into soup.
I suppose that someone has mentioned this already, but Olimar's notes on the White PIkmin say that their poison is a type of "diterpene alkaloid" named "aconite", and those things seem to actually exist in real life, so I don't know if this could narrow the research in some way.
It would've helped, but somehow I missed this detail while making the video. I'll probably retouch the subject in the future.
Their toxicity causes cardiac arrest. A good reference is wolfsbane, which only takes a few hundred grams to poison you; its poison is even more potent when dried. White pikmin are likely descendants of those kinds of plants: similar poisons are digitoxin, found in foxgloves. This is used in the production of a cardiac drug known as dixogin in small quantities. This is why the piklopedia entry specifically states that small amounts of white pikmin’s poison may have medical benefits; i.e. people with heart rate issues can use these medications to slow an abnormally high heart rate

Tbh I'd love longer because my immune system is trained for this due to me eating soap powder every 3 months
Tbh, I'm not sure soap powder contains hydrogen sulfide, penicillin, or it's mycotoxins, so I'm not sure if you'll be building an immunity here. Also, WHY!?!?

I'd think that the poison levels depend on the age of white pikmin. So, in terms you could eat 100-500 to me. And technically, the only way you'd eat them is for a UA-cam video or mistaking them for something else. Other than that, you'll probably know they're poisonous.
Also, the amount would vary by person.
True. It also varies on size and immunity. So you could say 100-700 or less.
