      because when you tell somebody that their girlfriend is cheating with their boyfriend, ain’t no man alive going to leave that alone. Plus claiming she had pictures and all that but when she got there it’s oh, I deleted them. And I think that she is a very manipulative person. And she knew that man was not going to leave that alone. He really fell into the trap She set for him. Unfortunately, they have a ongoing feud. So I think he went there, possibly to see if she had those photos that she was talking about and she acted like he didn’t have any business showing up at her house. I believe she set him up to cause an altercation so that she could get him in some type of trouble. It worked. They need to stay far away from her.

    So my issue with this is, a person can do umpteen years in prison, they could get in all types of altercations or whatever. But the judge will scream “I believe in second chances” But since she has a background she’s already lost right and they can come to her home looking for trouble. Because she’s always going to be a trouble maker??!! Not right and highly contradictive.

    • @amayzing28
      @amayzing28 Рік тому +13

      Right, but does that mean she will never change . Sounds like some stuff was very old. And how about the person who did all those years in prison, they could have caused mischief and all type of behavior issues while incarcerated. But that doesn’t automatically make them unreliable. Same for her. She shouldn’t be constantly reminded of her past and not given a fair opportunity.

    • @MonguRice
      @MonguRice Рік тому +12

      When u have a consistent background that means it's now a habbit, it means u used up all your 2nd chances. People do change but if u go to court for something u already have a consistent background for then u haven't yet changed.

    • @NestozLikwidVPotient
      @NestozLikwidVPotient Рік тому +11

      you have to look at peoples behavior. Their current behavior. If you cannot see that this plaintive is consistently causing trouble. She went to their house first. And they let her in. He didn’t pick up a bat when she went to their house. So why is she picking up a bat when he came to her house? Second chances is a case-by-case basis. You earn second chances you don’t get them just because you went to prison and get out. You have to earn them from the public after you get out and if somebody wants to give you that second chance with them, they can. everybody does not have to give you a second chance.

    The plaintiff seems to be unhinged. She said “20 years ago” the JM says no then suddenly it’s “3 years ago.” I’m surprised JM was as gentle as he was with her because she kept lying and switching up throughout the entire case.

    That plaintiff..... she drinks Kool-aid with no sugar. Raising all that hell now here she go. She assaulted 2 police officers I am surprised she's still here to tell that story. That what bullies do. They f--- with everybody then when someone hands them their ass they run and cry. Btw, I have alot of Facebook , IG friends and I like many of their photos, doesn't mean I want them or vice versa. Unless proven otherwise, liking a photo/post is just that and nothing else.
