- The plaintiff has been dating the defendant’s cousin for approximately two years. After the plaintiff and her boyfriend got into a physical altercation one day, she says the defendant began harassing her. The plaintiff alleges the defendant called her a prostitute and threatened her on social media, so she is suing for harassment, as well as defamation of character. The defendant admits she was angry with the plaintiff but insists she never defamed her on social media.
“Her boyfriend told me that” even if that’s the case, WHY did you think it was YOUR PLACE to put that shit on FACEBOOK! Lady, go and get you some business. And then to threaten KILL her and PIMP OUT HER CHILDREN. She should’ve pressed charges for terroristic threats
I'm glad people are suing for that. I wish more people would. Why are grown people dogging out folks on social media?! Grow up. Social media is a public platform smh

I can tell from the way that her boyfriend answered that they probably have been getting high probably together but it's not what you know it's what you can prove in court... this is a good lesson for her you can't spread rumors about what somebody else said to you about somebody else without being able to have hardcore evidence

I believe the plaintiff’s boyfriend did say “some” negative things about her when he was mad. However, the defendant should have stayed out of their business because so often does couples make up. I wonder why the defendant was so mad at the plaintiff.

This guy is a looser and he’s using both of these women . When he’s in trouble with the girlfriend he runs over to the cousin house and feed her a bunch of mess and she’s so protective of her looser cousin she believes everything he tells her. Then when he everything is patched up with his girlfriend then he goes back home to her. Then the cycle starts again. That’s why the family left him alone and don’t want nothing to do with him, the cousin better cut him off as of this day because he’s not worth the headache and especially the money she has to pay the girlfriend.
