I’m not Indian myself, infact I live in the UK. But watching these meal videos from an ‘Indian bodybuilding’ perspective is so so interesting! Definitely makes for something different to watch !:)
There are students who spend ₹24 on maggi everyday in the morning and evening which fills absolutely no stomach and accounts for ₹ 720 per month. If you cut that down, this diet is extremely reasonable. You can cut the cost of mid morning snack, pre workout snack and before bed snack which will make the cost about ₹100 per day which is absolutely notching considering that you can't even get a full thali in ₹100 nowadays.

bro just go for soya chunks 1kg 100rs 100gm soya chunks me approx 55gm protien hota hai, breakfast 50gm aur post workout 50gm mill k liye bht acchi chiz hai baki carbs aur healthy fibre toh roti aur dal aur chawal se mill hi jaate hai pre workout me 1banana 2slice of whole wheat 🍞 aur 1cup coffee... baki jesa ye bhai ne bolna kr dena 😂🤞
this meal plan actually costs around 9000 rupees if you add lunch and dinner cost as you neglected the mess cost. most of us pay for lunch and dinner on daily basis

This is one of the best meal plans for college life. Really practical and economic advise. Most importantly because he highlighted what food *NOT* to eat too. Very good and balanced diet. That's really a great budget diet. I tried too during my med-school (college days). Point to be noted:- High protein is extremely important when you’re doing calorie restriction and want to lose fat and gain muscle but make sure you are drinking enough water throughout the day. We need to consume 1.2 to 1.8 gm per kg of Body Weight per day to gain muscle mass and should be divided into minimum of 4 meals. Our body only absorbs about 30 - 35 gms at one time. Happy Dieting bros...
I think i found someone i was looking for, I make my meals the same way as you do, everything from home, actually am not at hostle but i got low budget so i eat this way which is far way better then anything, thank brother for sharing this valuable info with us.

I think rs 5000 is not affordable. My parents won't allow me to spend so much money on food. So I have 100 grams of soya chunks daily which costs RS 20 and give me 52 grams of protein. Then 500 ml of milk. And also peanuts and cashews. So my daily protein intake is around 90 grams every day. (My wieght is 60 kg. Chapatis and dal add to my protein intake too.)
Abhinav Narayan be careful while using soy food items as primary protein source as they(might) in the oestrogen levels in males. I'd say that you should research about this on google for yourself.

Oh My God here you are suggesting 7 meals... But Through out my Engineering I eat Most of the days Just a cup of tea in the morning and Dinner at night and Somedays breakfast in the morning and Dinner at night that's it... (i drunk 3-5 cups of tea😂😂😂 instead of 3-5 meals a day...)...

For all those who are complaining about the meals mentioned being expensive for hostellers .....guys why don't u consider cutting down on unnecessary expenditures which most probably include drinking alcohol with friends, smoking, eating junk food, going to pubs and clubs, spending high amounts of money on unnecessary clothing and stuff......let's be honest most of the hostelers( mostly boys) have all these bad habits...so instead of criticising this amazing video you should get a reality check...and improve your habits first..

By far this is the most practical and best diet plan.. This is for people who r serious about their health and muscles... U need a good looking and healthy body, there is a strict protocol to follow. This diet plan is a great one.. If you can't follow it.. Good! That's ur personal choice but u don't have to criticize him just because u dunno shit about bodybuilding.. BTW - To maintain a good physique.. The lowest amount people spend as on today is 20k a month.. And pro bodybuilders spend 2+ lacs month.. That's why they are sponsored!

30-35gm Protein absorption rate at a time is a debunked myth. What matters is your total protein intake over a period of 24 hours.

suranjan khatua yes you can... bt don't add oil or u may use 1teaspoon olive oil... use non-stick pan it takes less oil... and even if Olive Oil is nt affordable for u add simple cooking oil just 1/2 teaspoon...
