      Agar follow karna chao to kar sakte ho :-
      Diet :- 1. Subah Khali pet ( khajur 4-6 ) raat ko bhigokar subash chaba chaba kar khane hai or baad me uska paani pee Lena.
      2. Kishmish bhi 4-5 raat ko bhigokar pani me subh khajur ke saath hi kha lena or baad me iska Pani pee Lena.
      3. Anjeer 1-2 ( optional) hai ye costly bhi padega. ise bhi vahi raat ko bhigokar subah kha lena beej samet or iska Pani pee lena.
      Note :- Koshish karna anjeer size me bade ho market me chothe size ke milte hai jo koi fayda nahi karte.
      Iske alawa
      Subah light exercise ( jogging) kar lena. Or 5 minutes me
      ( sabse pehle kapalbhati 2 min , bich me thoda ruk kar kar sakte ho
      Bhastrika pranayam 2 min,
      Anulom vilom 2 min
      Bramri ( om ucharan) 2-5 minutes
      Iske baad aankhe band karke bas apni saanso par focus karna or kuch nahi sochna. Thoughts aayenge different different it's okay.

    I m 19yr old my weight is 42-45 it never goes up nor down i m not a healthy person i dont have strength to do anything i always feel lazy and i think m skinyy not that much but i am .......i dont even feel like eating most of the times .....from the last two years i m thinking of weight gain but i never try🙃now you can assume how lazy m i now its full n final i will follow this routine for 15days and will share my results with you🤝
