Spicy & Sour Bass Soup With Thai Basil

SPICY & SOUR BASS SOUP WITH THAI BASIL
INGREDIENTS:
1 lbs stripe bass, cut into 6 pieces
4 cups of water
5 Kiffir lime leaves
3 slices of galangal
1 stalk lemongrass, crushed, cut into 4 pieces
2 medium shallot, sliced
1\2 round tomato, sliced
A handful of thai basil leaves
1 tbsp oyster sauce (Panda brand)
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp toasted dried chili, roughly crushed
1 tsp Msg
1 tsp salt
1\2 tsp sugar
1 cube chicken bouillon ( Knorr brand)
