I absolutely love this workout. I first did this after feeling a little sorry for myself as my ankle isn't healing as well or as quickly as I wanted. This just put me back on track giving me the enthusiasm for keeping fit that I needed. Back on track with you Caroline. Plus I've been recommending this to my work friends today after a lunchtime stroll.

I felt that my feet are more stiff in the front portion especially on left side. Probably I should stretch my feet before doing this 😊

Caroline, my husband also did one of your over half hour pilates workouts with me and he was also having "a challenging time" but he really enjoyed it, haha. Before he would look at me and say "that is easy" but has since changed his mind. I am going to show him this new video for him to do before he goes to work.
Maybe a silly question but my hip bones really dig in my mat. How thick should your mat be? Maybe I’m not positioning correctly? This for me needs practice. ❤
