After 2019 bone cancer diagnosis, 3 foot surgeries & chemotherapy I've been living in a boot, cast & on crutches. So when I found Caroline's hurt foot videos last year so happy. Delighted to find this video today. Added to my favourites now along with your other excellent hurt foot videos. Great to have the mix of chair, floor & stretching. Thank you for helping those of us with injuries, illness or disabilities to feel included in staying fit. I'm still smiling 😃 & staying strong. Lots of love from the UK xx

I couldn't agree more with these comments (even though some are 2 years old). I am almost into week 4 of a Grade 2 ankle sprain. Now I have hope. This full body workout is as challenging as ones I have done with a personal trainer. Thank you so very much. You saved my sanity.

Caroline Jordan girl please do a workout routine for someone suffering from hamstring tendinitis! I’ve been following your videos religiously and would sooooo benefit from a video designated not only to provide a killer workout for someone with this injury but also exercises that help strengthen the area and butt! I’ve been suffering with the injury for 3 years and have scoured the internet for a good workout routine. Thanks for this video!

Loved the variety and format of both seated and floor work. I don't have a foot injury but experience a few issues sometimes and like to give my feet a rest but still workout. I was able to wear ankleweights for the floor work but wished I hadn't during the side plank leg lift isometric holds! 😮
I also love your inspiring and positive words of wisdom with regard to injury and recovery 💕
Thank you for this oldy but very goody ❤

I have developed stress fractures in my right foot several times over the past few years and your hurt foot series is always my go-to when recovering from them.
When not injured, I do your mini band with dumbbells 3 times a week along with my cardio.
The best (???) thing about the foot injuries is that it forces me out of my workout ruts and makes me realize what muscles I’ve been ignoring.
    Thanks, Caroline!

I just recently found your video, I hurt my foot 6 months ago and only recently, after exhausting every remedy I could think of, discovered it was indeed broken. I love running and working out and for 7 months I’ve been sulking and doing nothing. With your encouragement, I made it through this video....cried a few times because of focusing on what I can’t do instead of what I can do! Thank you for your encouraging attitude. I will get thought this as people have before me. Your positivity shines brightly!

I broke my ankle at a terrible time -- right before a 100-mile bike ride to be followed by a 140-mile bike ride I had been training months for. Right before vacations. When I was hoping to convert the bike riding stamina into Fall marathon training. Needless to say, I was discouraged and frustrated. Finding these videos has been a breath of fresh air. They've given me lots of great ideas for workouts I can still do and your positive attitude and friendly approach has been uplifting. Thank you so much for doing these and posting them up. It means a lot at a tough time.

Imagine my delight when I randomly came upon your workout! Having just broken my ankle at the age of 66, I was very discouraged when looking at a 6-week recovery. Today, I'm smiling even more than usual, having just finished my first workout with you! I am so grateful to be working out safely while healing. We are currently still sheltering in place with COVID-19, and I'm thankful that my injury came during this time so I can comfortably heal. You are a fantastic teacher with a fabulous personality!

So tonight we revisited this video to do a home workout together, and it was AWESOME! To be able to get our bodies moving, to bask in your cheer and encouragement...it felt like seeing an old friend! This is a hard workout and got me sweaty and my heart going whilst protecting my ankle. Thank you so much Caroline. At 67 with arthritis I’ve been really trying to reclaim my fitness, I normally walk a fair way everyday with my dog, when on Tuesday I fell and broke my ankle. So discouraged you couldn’t believe. Someone on Noom recommended your videos on YT, and I’ve SO enjoyed it. I’ve always loved Pilates - some of the exercises were a bit beyond me but I just adapted then to use the same muscle groups. I will definitely try to check you out every day. After a few days of being really discouraged I now feel I may come through this injury in a better place than I went in. You are an inspiration and God bless you and your work

From Australia. I cannot wait to do this workout. I fractured my 5th metatarsal less than a week ago, whilst we were on our very first holiday in 7 years!! A heavy dive mask fell from a ledge, and I scored a direct hit to the metatarsal. I am also a full time carer for my 8 year old grandson (he has a significant disability), so it was our first holiday together. I'm now in a boot, (not for the first time) and was feeling frustrated, still in a moderate level of pain and wondering how to maintain my fitness. I saw a physio today and an Orthopaedic Surgeon, wanting to clarify what I can and cannot do. I LOVE YOUR PROGRAM :-) I know I can do this and I know it will motivate me. Thank you for taking the time and effort to put it all together. Fantastic

Caroline, thank you so much! I had a major car accident a year and a half ago. My ankle, tibia, and fibula were all broken, and the road to recovery has been long. I have had four surgeries to try and reconstruct my ankle. Although they were as successful as they could be, my mobility is now much less than it used to be. I was a 3-mile a day walker and 1/2 marathon runner, and now, that will no longer be the case. I've been told that even walking a mile or two a day regularly for the sake of exercise is going to add more arthritis to what is already there. These videos that you have created are a huge blessing. I have not been able to find workout routines that were engaging enough to be enjoyable, but didn't require substantial modification for injury. These are perfect. Your attitude is empowering! Thank you again!

Wow! So glad I found you and your "Hurt Foot" series of videos. I'm less than 3 weeks out from foot surgery and already going crazy. While I need to be extra careful this totally works for me until I can return to cardio classes, walking, biking, golfing, etc. Thanks!

Thank you Caroline Jordan for this great workout routine. It's the perfect thing to keep us fit while confined indoors during the Coronavirus pandemic. I'm using your video because I injured my foot while jogging. But it's giving me such a fantastic whole body workout that I plan on continuing this routine even after my foot's fully healed. BTW, I'm 65, and it was my 87 year old mom who found and send me this video. She's in fantastic shape, and now she's going to try out your video, too!

I've been searching for something that would being me that good feeling of working hard and more than situps, thank you so much! Love your attitude and your workout plan!

I am sweating the most I have in weeks and I welcome it!!!!! Much gratitude for helping me ough this challenge. Namaste

I'm coming not only from a hurt foot and ankle, but I got into a terrible car accident and was unable to move very much at all, being an ever day active person, this left a lot of stagnant energy in my body and I was in a funk. I am going to physical therapy and this has helped me. I have a lot of injuries, but what I am currently still dealing with is a healing foot, ankle, and leg. I did what I could on this video, but I just wanted to say I didn't even know workouts like this existed. I just decided to search last night, because I am determined to do some movement. I couldn't do it all, and I kept it safe. I realize this was made a year ago, but I hope you get a chance to see this big thank you. A video like this really meant a lot to me, and helped me feel positive.

Caroline Jordan that sounds amazing .... and that’s so special of you to make a community for people with injuries & disabilities. I would love to join, but unfortunately with my car accident and not being able to work. I can’t afford anything other than priorities and right now that’s tough as well. Thank you 💙

Thank You for motivating me post ankle surgery to stay active and emotionally sane! I cant wait to get back to running . I am confident that your videos are going to help me do just that, I am also battling sciatica/periformis syndrome in addition to my ankle. With you sciatica stretching and strength training video I have already noticed improvement with that nerve; allowing me to sit like a normal person. The biggest test will be when I go back to running. That sciatic pain is enough to put all running to a quick halt! Thank You Carolyn!

Thank you so much for the hurt foot exercise. I am a very active person teaching preschool by day, working out in the afternoons, and mom to 3 kids and wife at night. Hi Caroline,
I never comment on things but I have found this workout and one of your other 10 minute work outs for a hurt foot so helpful while I am recovering from tendonitis. Last time I had this I lost hope with fitness but this time I have noticed such an improvement with your videos. Your positivity is what has kept me going and although I cannot say thank you in person I thought I should let you know how much I appreciate your videos.

Just wanted to say this workout helped me greatly today! I’m a very active person and I sprained my ankle yesterday. I pretty much laid around all day today but the thought of wearing a boot for a month or so it is really bumming me out. This work out today taught me that I can still do a lot of things! Thank you so much for this. ❤️❤️❤️

When I broke a bone in my foot, you and this video honestly saved me! I am so grateful for your videos, and for your frequent reminders to keep a positive mindset. Even though my foot has been healed for over 5 months, I still do this series once a week because I realized when I was hurt how certain muscles in my my legs, hips, and back were weak. This video made a big impact in my life. Thank you!

I am 19 monthes into my recovery after a serious accident shattered my tibia leaving me with 11 cm of bone missing. No words can express my gratitude for the comfort and support I have received from your videos. Thank you so very much.

I started doing this along with your other hurt foot videos when I injured myself from running. It took so long before it heeled(about 4+ months) but now that it finally heeled, I still come back to these videos as I've seen so much improvements to my body. I'm more toned and stronger than I've ever been. Thank you so much for making these videos.

Having just done it I now feel amazing and so positive I can keep fit now I can't run. I'm looking forward to doing the other workouts in the days to come.
