I head from Snowdonia National Park in the north of Wales, down south through the Elan Valley and then on to the Brecon Beacons and the incredible biker hang out that is Baffle Haus!

This channel is going from strength to strength and deservedly so. Freddie and Monica really do go the extra mile to keep us informed and entertained.
Not like some channels, who put a bit of narration over a piece of a motorcycle ride footage and think that's enough. I can honestly say, this channels fulfills all my UA-cam motorcycle channel needs. No need to look elsewhere.

I've lost count of how many times I've banged on about going to Wales in the comments here. Glad you finally came and the weather gods were looking down on you. I grew up in Wales and it still blows my mind with its beauty every time I travel around.

I googled Baffle Haus to see where it is and turns out it's 10 minutes away from where I grew up and driven past it thousands of times. I always just thought of it as "that wooden building" and never thought much of it. Will definitely have to pop in soon.
I live like 5 miles from Baffle Haus and commute past it everyday, but I've never been inside, I will have to check it out. Well worth spending some time around there, check out the roads around Usk, Skenfrith, Tintern etc etc

Great trip Freddie, shame it wasn’t for longer as there’s a lot more to see. I stopped in Bafflehaus last summer when I rode down to South Wales from Edinburgh, on my 97 VFR 750, it wasn’t as busy as that but it was a weekday. Great place and they’ve done well. West wales next time. 👍

After watching this vlog we visited Baffle Haus, we had coffee and cake, far busier than in this vlog.
Im 70 in January , I will ride that Norton, especially in Wales.
Hi Freddie, so thrilled you enjoyed Wales, and you timed it well with the nice weather. I was actually in Elan Valley at the same time, we were a bit gutted the mountain road to Aberystwyth was closed for the rally, but the A44 was an ample replacement.

Unfortunately in Wales on the 17th September 2023 most 30mph roads will be replaced with 20mph? 😢 It will finish motoring

I’m in Edinburgh and there’s lots of 20mph roads here, no one does it. I’d say not many did 30mph either.
They are putting average speed cameras up like it’s going out of fashion, also they are teaming up with third parties to enforce the rules. It’s all about making money I think.

Hi Freddie, brilliant series as always, but in particular the Baffle Haus as it is local to me. there is another place where bikers meet up in Abergavenny in the bus station about 8 miles down the road. There is a little café there and you get around 40 to 50 sometimes over 100 in there especially on a Sunday. it is amazing to go around and look at the bikes and have a good chat with people. always nice to hear fellow bikers comment on your bike or thinking of getting one.

Glad you enjoyed your trip to our wonderful country, we live just north of Cardiff and every Sunday we take the B roads and tracks up to the Elan Valley and beyond. We never use dual carriageways or A roads where possible. We really are blessed with the scenery. Keep up the content. BTW all three in our group ride BMW GS 1250 Adventures.....

Freddie, it’s only 3880 miles to baffle house from here. If I leave now I could be there by next Saturday! Any place that has a CBX, Harley XR750. Laverda jota Nortons, a Rolls Royce, Land Rovers plus food and coffee. Is worth the trip. One of the coolest places you’ve ever shown.

Bafflehaus looks great. Wasn't there in the years I went through Abergavenny to and from Lampeter. Always have a reason to go back!

Proper riding gear with a thermal liner would as always be better than a hodge-podge of jackets and stuff. That's really a big reason why I prefer real bike gear, it's just better. Perhaps not always more period appropriate but I'll take comfort and function thanks.

Great video and an awesome venue. Really took me back to some of my own former cars - I had a brand new Peugeot 106 Rallye in 1993 when I was 18 (I think it cost the equivalent of a year’s salary!) and then in 2004 I bought a new Vauxhall VX220 Turbo in yellow - a great car. I now have a 2015 Defender 90 XS just like the grey/black one in the video. I need to make an excuse to visit this place, it looks like it’s worth the journey 😁👌💪🔥

Baffle Haus is very cool but personally I love dropping into Owl's Nest while I'm down that way on the other side of the mountains. I'd rate it as the best biker cafe in Wales and probably the UK.

They really will. There is now zero doubt in my mind that the Classic 350 will very happily do long distance touring
I've literally been out on my 350 every day all day for the last week. I've had my wife on pillion for a day, she loved it also my son and daughter tried it. All day comfort! I was out until 11pm one night and was feeling tired and I reckon no other bike could have felt more comfortable. It's size and power makes it so usable even when you feel worn out from a long day. And every trip feels an adventure. One last thing, for the past 10 year's I've been you could say addicted to swapping my cars and motorbikes 3 times a year. I've had the 350 classic for nearly a year now which for me is unheard of. I went to the bike shop with my friend yesterday so he could buy an interceptor and looking at all the new bikes didn't get my head turned once. What an amazing little bike the classic is! Love it.

Baffle Haus is going well! last time I was there it was quite quiet
I love how bobby when shows off the 3 Ireland Harley's just casually passes close to a Kawasaki H1 (70's 3 cylinder inline 500 cc 2 stroke ) and a Honda CBX 1000 (6 cylinder inline)
I really am going to have to plan in a week or two at least riding around the UK. Wales, Scotland... the lot of it. Can't get too in depth in a few weeks but it would still be an experience.
