You know as I am watching this, next time you get a nice template like that, make a copy out of some hardware store 1/4 mdf or thicker and then modify your copy template so you still have your original template for other projects. Good luck man, this is going to be a fun series to watch.
I thought about that, but I'm not too keen on MDF. I have used MDF for all of my car audio interior panels, either carpet or vinyl covered. The edges seem to be too soft, maybe for a router bit to ride on. Idk.
@ is there a way you can harden the edges after you cut them? Like what you were demonstrating in the video? Spray on on some plastic dip on the sides? Eh I am just thinking of ideas, not sure if they would work but logically it makes sense. You can also get laminated mdf, I have a few of them I made.

@Bbh4535 ca glue might hold up. It is a good idea.
Are you gonna be selling bodies/necks?
