The best thing is that exynos actually have a better stability and better gpu performance and they have about the same temperature, all that and exynos have a bit lower geekbench scores, so what is better, those not so trust worthy scores or real world performance...and great test btw, well done! 🤝
Why is everyone dissing the s24 ultra snapdragon 8 gen 3 version compared to the iPhone 15 pro max ? Saying the iPhone 15 is much better and can handle genshin impact and this game way better. I've had no issues whatsoever with s24 ultra
So here are my thoughts from someone to doesn't have on their galaxy device as far as temperature goes. This is a very important issue for me in a phone. The s22 ultra was the hottest of them all and I only had it a couple of months before I upgraded to the s23 ultra. Temperatures were much better in normal things like browsing the web and using the normal apps we all use. When I upgraded to the s24 ultra I saw a lot of videos where the phone heated up, but under normal usuage it actually a little better than the s23 ultra. I don't game with it so I can't speak to that. I use and rog 7 ultimate because it has trigger buttons and the cooling on that phone is just off the hook better than anything I've ever used and when you use the attached fan you can even get it to be over 38-40 Celsius with ocer an an hour of demanding gaming. It has bypass charging, which will save your battery. Redmagic is also decent and cheaper when it comes to gaming so you may want to go that direction. All a better option than the s24 ultra.
I've seriously been considering getting the rog 8 pro, fully kitted out, the 1TB/24gb ram version, or the red magic 9 pro 512gb/12gb ram version, but ideally the rog 8 pro it just cost a shit ton more, get the best gaming phone available at the moment just to have and use alongside whatever other phone I have at the time which atm is the s24 ultra, because like you said it has better cooling and those trigger buttons make a world of difference. Getting the best phone available at the time of purchase to ensure it'll last as long as possible before it's obsolete as I wouldn't be upgrading this one often, but I'm unsure. I could just buy a controller setup to use on my main phone, but I like the idea of having a separate dedicated gaming phone, especially as we see better and better games being introduced to mobile. How have you found having two phones?
@@fullfire0 Honestly the rog 8 went more mainstream this time around and has better camera's. Maybe they aren't as good as the latest and greatest flagships, but the samples seem very good to my eyes. I think the rog 8 can eliminate your need for 2 phones. Unless you need the absolute best camera's I'd get the rog 8 over the galaxy s24 ultra. The only reason I didn't get the 8 was because I already have the 7 as my gaming phone. If you're going to do the 2 phone things I'd go with the cheaper red magic phone and the s24 ultra. Red magic is a great outfit. Their support is good and their latest phone is right up there with the rog 8. I would warn you that using and game controller with mobile games just sucks. I'd much rather have trigger buttons.
After one hour of Diablo immortal and all on low with 60 fps... It went from 29 c.. to 41 c.. It is normal.? I have my s24 ultra for 4 months I fell all update they did in July they made my phone overheat.... Anyone had same problem?
I played this game with game pluggins on my s24ultra and i was getting 70 to 71fps no overheating for and hour the s24ultra is beast on God honestly on Allah for the non believer's 😊
I've never had an issue, even with the most graphic demanding games. My 15 pro max get hot and the screen dims. Haven't had a single issue on my s24 ultra.
@@Vinegga-065 That's because the iPhone throttles speeds after about 30 minutes. This is Apple's first time using their chips to the full potential in their phones, so they haven't quite worked out the thermals yet. For now, the S24 ultra has better sustained gaming performance, but I think Apple will improve with the iPhone 16.

@@GameC3ntdidn’t they make a big deal out of having a nearly twice as large cooler in the s24 ultra? If that’s still the problem they must have a really bad design… lol
8Gen3 is a powerful chip, but not an efficient one. No wonder that the 3nm 8Gen4 is already showing a staggering 50% performance increase in early benchmark scores over this 4nm flop. Thanks to Samsung for showing us how bad it can be.
It's literally 20% more efficient than the 8gen2 chip. Also, people having thermal issues seem to be in the minority. Don't base your opinion on one review @@neilmcguinness4422

Nobody is badmouthing anyone. We literally just ran a program and showed the results. Are you on Snapdragon 8 Gen 3? Can you try to run a thermal throttling test? App name is CPU Slowdown & Thermal Throttling Test on Play Store.

in the context for the S24 Ultra, I don't get this question. there's no Exynos version of the S24U, only for S24 and the + version
72°C ?????????
Jesus Christ! That can't be good for the battery. I didn't realize the battery and other components can survive such high temperatures.

You should mute or lower the in-game audio. Can't hear you over all that noise.
