Polycarb/plastic? When did it become more valuable than a non-ferrous metal? I love this grainmill, but damn guys. How do you justify using the same mill, replacing the hopper with plastic, and you know it's plastic, slotted rollers are a nice change that remains to be seen and charging so much more?

Since I bake just as much as I brew, I'll just invest in a Komo grain mill. Its $400 but its much more versatile.
