Sir, while calculating effective depth why didn't you subtracted half of the bars from total depth as you have just subtracted effective cover? I saw people subtracting half of the bars like In this example, d(eff) = 700-25-(28÷2) -(25÷2) Why did you just subtracted d' from D why not half bars?
