The school should teach them Salvation and how to give their lives to Christ. That is the foundation and once they are saved the Spirit of God will teach them how to dress. You can’t say you are teaching them how to dress modestly and hope they will continue once they left the school. When they are home they go back to their way of life. Teach them the Word and let the Holy Spirit teach them. You can’t expect clean water from a rotten jug.

Dress code is a good thing but as long as they aren't saved, it will be a sort of bondage. I think the University should create a forum to regularly address their spiritual well being.
